Kevin and Kevin, what can I say! Our family of four we're on the way with our camper to PEI for our family vacation on a Sunday when suddenly we lost the tire off the camper. CAA put us in touch with the Kevins, who in an amazing amount of time showed up, put a spare on so that it could be pulled onto a flatbed and towed back to the shop so they could repair the remaining problem with the leaf spring breaking. They tracked down two new tires for me on a Sunday afternoon and even took parts off of their own trailer to get us on the road, thank you thank you thank you!

Very good customer service with a high level of professionalism are the first 2 things that I feel should be known about this establishment.I had a pretty bad experience at another local shop in Sussex Corner, like many others have shared, Ralph's has made the process of getting my vehicle back significantly smoother by providing quick response times alongside having a good crew with knowledge pertaining to their job's.I'd recommend to anyone, 10/10.

I got an oil change and plastic work done to my car, the guys at Ralph's were professional, kind and efficient. As a young female it can be tricky to find a garage that is respectful and fair with their pricing, this is a well known fact. These guys are fantastic and deserve all the great reviews they have. Will continue to get my car serviced by them.

The two Kevin's that run this place are heroes! My family and I were stranded on Highway 2 in the middle of the night after our car broke down on a trip to PEI (Aug 2018). Not only did Ralph's give us a first class tow, they completely took care of us far above and beyond what any tow truck driver and auto garage normally would. They booked us a motel room (and paid for it upfront), repaired our vehicle on a long weekend when everything was closed, gave us advice, rides and even made a backup plan of loaning us a vehicle for a week if we were waiting on parts. Incredible!These guys are proof that there are good people in this world! Highly recommended!
