Went to buy a scooter for my mother had an amazing experience! Customer service was phenomenal they took their time to thoroughly explain each model so, I could make an informed decision. Compared to other retail stores Wellcare has by far the best pricing and quality of products. I highly recommend and will come again!!

I called in and spoke to Kris. Was not sure that they would have the walker in the right height as I am pretty tall. He offered to put one together, check the height and call me back. He did and I bought my equipment there. Now weeks later, I have lost my bill that I need for insurance. I Call in . Kris does a manual search on a Saturday as the accounting department is closed and finds and sends me the bill by email. Just super service here !!

I needed a 2 wheel walker (plus “skiis”) for my elderly mother very quickly. Called ahead and confirmed the items were in stock and headed over. Kris (I believe) unwrapped it, adjusted the height and attached the skiis and I was on my way in under 10 minutes! Pricing was $10.00 less than Anazon. Great service.
