The professionalism of Dr. Smith and his team are outstanding. Dr. Smith is so knowledgeable, caring, and patient!Highly recommended! This morning, I had inguinal hernia surgery with Dr. Smith. It was my first surgery, and my anxiety started 3 weeks ago. I used to read your reviews and relax. Although I had only met Doctor. Smith twice, I had a very good and positive opinion of him. All I can say is that the surgical experience so far has been great beyond my imagination. Before the surgery, Dr. Smith gave me a meeting to answer my questions and reduce my anxiety, and this was very valuable for me. The office secretary was very kind and patient and always answered the messages quickly. Even today, when I had surgery, Dr. Smith was present in the anesthesia room, and until I entered the surgery room, until the moments before anesthesia, he made everything easy with his explanations about the surgery and his kind smile, and I must add that the anesthesia team was alsoexcellent.

I couldn't be happier with the end result from Dr. Smith and his staff. Wait times were normal for Canadian Health Care... I've been under the care of Ophthalmologists since I was born in 1968. Dr. Smiths team including the office and hospital was very friendly and professional. My stabismus surgery was a complete success. I had this surgery when I was a toddler....but we all know what happens as we age...nothing stays the same lol ... this 2nd surgery was a life changer for me :) Thank you Dr Smith

He is knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with the result after my surgery.

First of all in the clinic he had the wrong file and was talking about a different patient. Secondly he perscribed wrong glasses to our son and had we not noticed that on time his vision would have been impaired permanently.

Dr. David Smith is an excellent ophthalmologist and General Surgeon. My daughter had surgery recently and I'm very content of how everything went. He is very attentive and explains things very thoroughly! Also, my daughter thinks he's the best Doctor ever!
