Many thanks to the people at Rycor for their friendly and helpful service. They went out of their way to find my countertop which had been discontinued. They also centered the faucett which I had been told previously couldn't be done. I couldn't be more pleased.

Larry came and gave us an estimate, he was very professional and knowledgeable and we approved of his suggestions. The installers were amazing, Wendell and his son (I think), they were meticulous and very professional. They did an immaculate job. The guys who put in the countertops were also meticulous and also added a bit of trim that was missing. Thanks Justin and all you workers, we are so happy with our beautiful kitchen!

Brooke, our Designer was very helpful with choosing a Corian countertop. Josh did a great job measuring as when he and Alex did the installation, the countertop fit perfectly. We would highly recommend Rycor. Professional service: selection through installation.

I was introduced to Rycor Countertops by Lubnow Restoration during a job at my condo. They were extremal helpful in accommodating me and even sent samples to my house when I wasn't able to get to the showroom. Everybody was soo friendly and helpful in each step of the process and most importantly my laminate countertops are beautiful. My island in my kitchen is shaped a bit odd and they still managed to get everything perfect. Highly recommended!!!!!

I am a VERY pleased, small fish! I researched what countertop brands Rycor carried, filtered out the colours that I liked, ordered my favourites in small samples (for free) shipped directly to my home, and chose one. Rycor sent me a quote within a couple of days, and within the month I had a new kitchen countertop! Easiest process ever, from template and coordination, to install. For the work being just a laminate countertop" I thought the service and professionalism was great. Thank you!"

I really wanted to love my experience with Rycor for my vanity countertop replacement, but I didn't. It started off well, mostly prompt responses to my inquiries (some delayed, likely due to supplier response times), friendly assistance, and very accommodating with lending out solid surface samples. However, once the deal was signed, the experience degraded. It took a month to get an install date and a few emails asking for the date in order to get one. The installers were very nice and worked quickly, but were 15 minutes late past their 1 hour window. The faucet hole that was drilled was a few millimetres off-centre, so they had to come back to extend the hole a bit more. In addition, the wrong sink was attached to the countertop. I settled for it, but would have preferred the original sink I had requested. I'm unsure of if I had any options to get it changed, but since they had already removed my old countertop, I really just wanted to get everything put back together again, since I have two young children running around the house.I feel I've been fair with my rating and hope my review will help others make an informed choice about where to go for their renovation needs.Edit: Thank you for the response to my review. I reviewed the agreement and did not see anything that states there is any sort of variance" allowed for fixture holes that are drilled on site. If this is the case

From the start of our kitchen renovation to the end the entire Rycor team was amazing! During the design consultation Wendell listened to our ideas and wishes and made suggestions to bring our vision to life. Kelly and the showroom staff were super helpful and patient while answering all of our questions and provided valuable input regarding stain colours, countertop and hardware choices. Justin and the fabrication and installation teams were able to make up for crooked walls and delivered beautiful, top quality cabinets and countertops.Not only does our kitchen look like it belongs in a magazine, the use of space and the overall flow and function of the heart of our home is a significant improvement over the original lay out. Do yourself a favour and visit before you start your project. We now have the kitchen of our dreams thanks to Rycor!

Product selection and quality were excellent. Prices are higher than I recall elsewhere especially labour for installation (considering they don't hook up plumbing). Best to self install or have your contractor pickup/install if you are using one.

Great to deal with, they will go out of their way to make whatever you need happen. Very friendly staff, they do countertops and cabinetry for us and Ive yet to be let down.
