'custom packaging' was done well but not enough to protect the package from damage upon shipment.Apparently they use a 3rd party insurance company instead of with the courier's insurance policy. Hence, the insurance compensation did not even cover for half the cost of the broken component.

if you have anything super important to courrier, don't go there.not worth mentioning anything else. avoid at all cost or you'll regret it as soon as you've paid, you're on your own and won't receive any support for late or lost packages.moron to use 1 word.
