I don’t believe in Google Reviews as the business owners have no way to defend their businesses, anyone can go on and give a bad review, and typically only their own viewpoint, you seldom hear the whole story. Rod is an honest tradesman and a good person, anyone that has a problem with Rod, should look in the mirror, especially those people that say they have a small business. I’ll call ALFA anytime. What comes around goes around.

Useless - scheduled them for a quote, they never showed. Rescheduled, they showed up and gave a loose quote. Tried to book the work, they never showed, followed up, they apologized - said they would reschedule, then never showed up again. What an unprofessional operation, never will I use them or recommend them.

Great service. We needed a reliable company to connect our gas stove and dryer and Rod and specially Josh were beyond helpful. Super professional and on time. Thanks for the great service. 100% recommended.

We at Kastner Auctions have been using A.L.F.A for 6 years now and have been vary satisfied with there work and pricing . I have used them for commercial as well as at my home to install boilers for in floor heating and overhead gas heaters . Rod is a super good guy and does a vary professional job . I would recommend to anyone that needs a Plumbing or Heating job done.

They go over and above to ensure quality service and customer care.

Warning: Untrustworthy and unprofessional company. Would never use this company again and would never recommend to anyone. I urge you to read:We hired them to do some things for a bathroom in our basement. We were quoted an estimate of costs, paid the deposit and had them come in to do the work. At no point did I sign any contract, I simply paid the amount requested as a deposit to begin the work. They arrived an hour late, whatever, no big deal, they left a huge mess in the basement, whatever no big deal. They left requested work incomplete, but still stated on the final invoice that it had be completed, again, not too big of a deal as we own a construction business ourselves and I can have my husband finish their work for them The original estimate included 8 hours of labour at $97/ hour.They were on site in my home for 5 hours and I have timed stamped security camera footage showing when they arrive and when they leave. And they are still charging for 8 hours. It is unbelievable to me as a small business owner myself especially during a pandemic another small business would do this. It’s a horrible feeling. I try as a small business owner to support the other business in the community, not take advantage of them. The owner told me on the phone that “it was a rush job because they wanted to get out of their faster to another job.” It’s not my fault they were not scheduled properly. I really feel like we didn’t matter as customers. I can honestly say I would never charge and have never charged for hours in labour that were not actually preformed. So unethical. Awful experience
