Purchased a TV box from Bravo that I needed to return after 3 weeks. There policy stats that they only accept refunds up to 2 weeks. After discussions with their loyalty department we were able to come to an agreement and I was fully refunded. The process was a bit difficult but they did come through in the end

first time customer and got the run around! was confirmed a tech that never showed iup ended up going directly to them. 1hour away!! I have to set up my own product bought wires sinces the only acces that is working in my place is at the other end... so far no good!! plus!! cable says 30 channels we have 19...
