Amazing experience. This is the second project I have done with AACE FLOORS. They always go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with the project. We love our new kitchen.

I just got my hardwood floors done by AACE FLOORS and it was a very positive experience. Both Raj and Lovlene were wonderful as they were very knowledgeable and especially patient and understanding as I made my decision. They listened to what i wanted and needed as a customer. They followed up with me but never pressured me which made me feel comfortable. The installers were absolutely terrific. They were hardworking, patient, helpful, very respectful of my home, made sure their job was done right to every detail, and made sure I was satisfied as a customer. Overall it was a great experience.

From the moment we walked into the store my husband and I were very welcomed. We had such a good feeling. We knew that they would go above and beyond to make us happy. Rajwinder was so kind and very easy to work with. She had a great knowledge of her work. The installers were very kind and polite. The work they did was amazing and clean. Our stairs and railing look very grand. I would recommend AACE Floors hands down.

Very good experience. Raj is really knowledgeable on the matter and she explained us various options very clearly. The installer was very efficient and performed his job with perfection. The work done within the estimated time and Raj was communicating throughout the process. Overall a very satisfying experience.

My installer used this store to buy my flooring and what a joke that was. Sold him the cheapest flooring even though I picked it out myself. They replace with a no name brand. Now after a year later the floor is lifting and ruined. Store refuses to help me and get me any assistance. Store will not even acknowledge me. Bad customer service. do not recommend.

After a lot of research, I went with AACE Floors to replace the old hardwood floor with new engineered hardwood. I am really happy with the outcome, Raj and team did an outstanding job. They guided me through the entire process starting from the material selection till the completion, they were very accommodating and able to complete the project on time. Their contractors are committed professionals and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend AACE Floor for any flooring needs.
