I contacted Reteck from phone directory when my old PC died! He got me running with advice over phone but said I may want to update my PC.He suggested a firm in Calgary and outlined the hardware configuration. Great PC and reasonably priced with back up drives. About $750. And then he transferred all programs and files and set up security, etc. Works like a charm! His fee was very reasonable at under $400. Very satisfied!

Randy helped my sound bar, which was not straightforward, and while he was at it adjusted some of my tv settings to provide better quality picture as well as sound. Will definitely use re-recorded in the future and highly recommend.

I took my very old laptop to Reteck to see if it could be saved. Randy fixed a problem with the speakers and was able to make it run much faster. I appreciated his honest and professional advice that in this instance the laptop wasn't worth upgrading. He definitely has the best interests of his customers at heart and won't sell you things you don't need. Thanks Randy!

It is always a great pleasure to deal with Randy at Reteck. He has been fixing our computers for years. Service is very fast both in appointments and completion of service. He took my laptop that had been running very slowly for a significant amount of time. And had it back to me running incredibly quickly in 2 days! He also took the time explain what he planned to do at the beginning of our appointment and then r explained what he had accomplished when I picked up my laptop. All round amazing service! Took my son's computer here when it wasn't working. Randy was very quick with responses and had great cost effective solutions. Turn around was very quick and my son says his computer has never been faster. Overall very good, friendly service at a great price, would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
