Advantage RV

Had to get bearings re-packed on our tent trailer, in a bit of a rush. They said they'd take the unit in and fit us in time permitting. To our delight, they called back later that same day. They found one side of the brakes was dead, as well as the bearings, but the whole thing was ready the next day, for a very reasonable price. They remembered my wife, and commented that they knew we were in a hurry so they looked after the trailer sooner. Enjoyed dealing with the folk, and definitely recommend them.

Brad and Brian have helped me out a few times over the years, once in the summer when our fridge wouldn't work and the selling dealer and every other dealer with a repair facility said we'd have to wait until late fall for the first available appointment. Not only did they fix the issue &applied the repair to our extended warranty program. Secondly we had major water damage in the underbelly of which they agreed to inspect and then finally repair of which they did a fantastic job considering the damage that was created. Thirdly last fall when the trailer was in for a wheel bearing repack they noted that the suspension components were in dire need of replacement and repaired. This year I have it booked for another wheel bearing repack and a roof inspection.

Excellent work at what I think was fair pricing and the turnaround time was pretty good too.Even helped me call out my inept adjuster on his bs assessment

It's an okay store for some things they don't have much selection of anything one suggestion would be to have your repair techs be a little more friendly and willing to help people figure out what they need for their repair even though the customer doesn't always have advantage RV do the actual repair the customer still needs the supplies to repair their RVs which does still help advantage RV with sales.... Update I bought two things from advantage RV and they did not honour their return policy. Apparently because you ask for advice from one of their techs you are no longer allowed to return a part that has not been used really really starting to dislike the store and I'm surprised they're still in business they also have an underage child running a cash register people's credit card numbers and their personal information

My brother-in-law runs a food truck and Advantage RV helped him out big time when he needed help the most. Lady at the reception was very friendly and technician Brad was very professional and thorough. Bought the parts as guided, all works great now. Help greatly appreciated.

Not sure about the other experiences I've read on here but the staff including the owner Brad were exceptional in helping me repair an RV. They ordered parts and had them rushed so the motorhome could be used on the very next weekend. Friendly and prompt - will be back for sure!

Been dealing with them for years but they sold me the wrong part and refused to take it back because if Covid and when I purchased it there was no stating this to me after they sold me the wrong part saying it was the right one scammer companies like these are the problem using Covid to bid behind their lack of integrity don’t deal with people like this ever if they can’t stand behind the parts they sell and the people who claim they know what they are selling they obviously don’t know anything let’s work together to shut down these business like these that don’t support people in their own community

Went to this company because its a LOCAL company; support your local is what I believe in. I done my research on the parts I needed and went through the parts catalog. I went into this business with parts numbers and the knowledge of the products. The staff had no idea what they were talking about, kept directing me to something totally different, would not listen to me, wouldn't take my part numbers and kept passing me off to the next person who was just as unacknowledged about their products. I was told to go to a HARDWARE store many times. Umm thanks tips! I finally got somewhere with these clowns and I ordered some parts. Well they didn't even order everything I had asked for. I then went to FRASERWAY RV where not only did they listen to what I wanted and look up my part numbers, they had the items that I purchased from Advantage and half the price. Like I said I strongly believe that we should all support our local business but when your dealing with clowns like these they make it really hard and frustrate a person more then anything. These clowns were a joke! Go to Fraserway RV on stony plain road and 215st for parts, they are cheaper and more friendly to deal with!

Worst experience ever! I dropped my trailer off for repair. After 2 weeks they informed me they didn't do it. I stated I was going to pick up the trailer, magically they were now able to manage their schedule. One of the repairs was to replace a fender. The fender they put on was not the same colour or make and didn't even fit. I was shocked they would do such a thing as it looked worse than simply without a fender. The company refused to correct this garbage work. Had to complain to the BBB and ordered my own fender. They finally replaced the garbage with the proper fender I supplied and they refused to compensate me in any way. Stay away from this business.

Had water damage to my trailer because of my own negligence. Advantage repaired it like new and job was completed earlier then I expected. Everyone at Advantage was a pleasure to deal with.Excellent work, it looks like new.
