Very authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup with tender beef and chewy thick noodle. Their Taiwanese fried chicken is also crispy and tasted like the one in Taiwan’s night market. Vibe is comfortable, both suit for a lunch break with colleagues or a warm dinner with family.

It's the first time to dine In , the Taiwanese beef noodles are excellent, the alcoholic drinks are very pleasant to drink, the waiters are very kind, will definitely visit again

First time here. Food was uninspiring. The broth was ok. The beef was tastless and grey coloured and boiled forever. Seemed VERY expensive (over $40 for two) with no beverage.

This is a famous Taiwanese Beef Noodle place. It won awards in Taiwan. I used to go to this place in West Vancouver. Parking is just a bit more difficult in this location. They now have more dishes. I usually have the beef brisket noodle which isn't as fatty. You have three choices of noodles and you can have it spicy (don't) The Taiwan sausage and popcorn chicken are excellent. Chicken cutlet and prawn pineapple curry are really nice.

Great bowls of noodle soup! Had A1(vermicelli) and A10(thin noodle), with a side of chili oil(so I can add to taste) Also ginger fried chicken wings and Bok Choi.Everything was delicious, and it's like they are cooking for their family with top quality ingredients!Other places cook like they are in an industrial kitchen for sale for profit only, you know what I mean, but not here!Here you'll get food cooked perfectly and like home cooking.Good atmosphere, will kept and very clean.Great service and price as well.Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place!

Used to come here before and after movie when it was still kamei baru. Was sad that it was closed but was excited to try this new restaurant because I love noodles and this place offers a wide variety options of noodles dishes. And they don’t disappoint. They also have good selections of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and thorough when explaining the menu.

Yayyyyy.....so happpy to see Judy and Natalie again. Family owned and a great location for the famous Chef Hungs Franchise. We miss them so much from their past west van location ....they have now brought their impeccable service and even more selections for those we want cocktails, a hearty bowl of amazing beef noodles amongst their many options . There noodles are perfectly cooked and a tasty rich broth. Taiwanese chicken nuggets and their spicy cucumber is a nice appy to go with the noodles. I am not a drinker but looks like they have a huge bar either lots of happy hour specials. Great spacious location and a great meal. THANK YOU!!

Chef Hung has a fairly long menu with a lot of options. Some are really good, like the beef noodle soup. The fried squid was also fairly tasty. I was unimpressed by the ‘one bite boneless chicken wings’. The spice level was good, but it was far too salty and too oily.

really yummy place! we got the champion braised beef noodle soup. the thick noodles had a great texture, and the beef was so tender. the soup itself was extremely flavourful as well. overall a very satisfying bowl of soup noodles. we also got their red date milk tea and apple pie ice cream, both were very yummy too, not painfully sweet. highly recommend!
