The pool is small and there is a lot of chlorine and it ruins your hair. The conditioner sucks and doesn’t even condition your hair properly. The breakfast isn’t so bad, it’s a all you can eat breakfast buffet. Not that much options. The room is good quality there is a safe,microwave and mini fridge there is also a little coffee machine. There is an arcade the side of a little walk in closet and the games are broken. Personally it is not that bad for a hotel for a couple nights but I think they can improve a bit.

Easy access off the highway, excellent service from the staff at the front desk. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast has hot items as well as standard cold foods. Coffee 24 hours. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. I have stayed here several times now and will stay again every time I am in the area.

This hotel was about 20 minutes from the airport in a well populated area with stores that deliver. The hotel has a breakfast buffet from 6 am to 10 am. I had no complaints it hit the spot for us all. I definitely appreciated that after I checked out we realized once we were in the airport my granddaughter left her money in the night table drawer. I called and they sent someone up and my aunt was able to retrieve it for us. The hotel was even willing to mail it to us. Great customer service. Thank you!

Recently stayed at the Chateau Bedford and found the location to be excellent for our needs. Reception was pleasant and quite helpful. Breakfast was more than expected for the free price. Room comfortable and clean. Allowed a late checkout as was helpful in our situation. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and up-to-date.The A/C unit directly across from the beds made it hard to regulate temperature in the room, especially if you were in the bed closest to the unit - you froze.Breakfast was delicious with lots of selection of both hot and cold foods. There was a lack of tables/seating at peak breakfast time in the dining area.As reported by the kids, the pool was lackluster and cold.Towels provided were small, and the smell of chlorine was very strong.

We stayed here for 4 nights last week. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was nice though same for all 4 days.Rooms have little old feel but are very clean. Overall a good hotel for stay.

Great stay, amazing shower!!!Stayed here before flying out of Halifax. Chelsea was great at check-in. She was very pleasant and helpful, refreshing to see someone who enjoys their job! Rooms are modern looking, and the shower was one of the best I have ever had! Very convenient location. Short trip to airport and Peggy's Cove!

Horrible experience. Would be ideal for young people looking for a party hotel. But not families with young children, or anyone who needs a decent night sleep. Paper thin walls, and Staff uninterested in ensuring a safe and reasonable environment. 5 hotel we stayed at in last month and only one we had a bad experience.

Very friendly staff. The room is large, comfortable and beautiful. Comfortable bed, lots of armchairs, desk. The room, toilet, shower, corridor - everything shines with cleanliness. The cleaners are great. The breakfast is delicious - a large portion + a choice of fruits, yoghurts, cereals, juice. What I didn’t like: the pool is very small - at the same time for three adults maximum, it smells very much chlorine. Free coffee is just awful, it's really impossible to drink it. In the evening administrator said that the check-out time is from 11 am to 12 am, the next day at 11 I was asked to vacate the room, as the cleaning began.
