ABW Air Systems

I have used ABW Air Systems for many of my past HVAC needs. In fact, when I asked a very creditable Canadian engineer who does a lot of designing in the HVAC industry recommended Tony and his Team at ABW Air Systems. They have maintained my existing furnace, installed a new humidifier and a new A/C. I would never use any other company for my HVAC needs.

I have been using ABW for many years and have always been happy with the service provided. I purchased both our furnace and air conditioning system from them. Installation was quick tidy and professional. After sales maintenance/service is also important to me and they have never let me down. I have recommended them to many of my neighbors and would not hesitate recommending their services to anyone.

We originally reached out to ABW for a quote after finding them through an internet search. We were really impressed with the reviews that they had received and were not disappointed. Tony was amazing helping to recommend the correct AC and Furnace to get. All the other vendors were just telling me what I wanted to hear. Tony was the only was that told me what I needed to hear, not want I wanted to hear. ABW also bent over backwards to get our new AC and furnace installed quickly. The installers were great as well. Very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend ABW Air Systems.Update: October 2021I am very happy to report that ABW continues to impress me with their professionalism and customer service. Our Lenox AC started making a louder than usual sound. It almost sounded like a rattling and it was running considerably louder than it did when it was first installed. I called ABW to come out and take a look at it and they agreed that it was loud. They determined that the compressor should be replaced under warranty and were back out the following week to complete the work. Josh and his co-worker were amazing. I must say that it is so refreshing to find a company that not only stands behind their products but offers such great customer service. It's sad that they are becoming harder and harder to find. I'm extremely happy that I did. Keep up the great work ABW!

Our 24 year old hvac needed replacement. As we had ABW replace our hot water heater earlier this year, they were the go to choice. Josh, Justin and Jeff arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up the work area and gave us the operation info we needed.There are rebates on the equipment we bought and ABW is taking care of all the paperwork needed.All in all a great experience and we highly recommend ABW .

Amazing service. We have used ABW services to replace the combination furnace in our old townhouse, and more recently to install a new power-vented water tank in our new place. Both times service has been outstanding. The technicians that have come out have always been punctual, professional, and go above and beyond expectations in order to make sure that the quality of the work is superb.Prices are very reasonable, and they work very hard to help customers in as short a time as possible. Tony and the others are all great guys. If you're within the Burlington area, I highly recommend this company for HVAC services.

We had a very good experience with ABW Halton Climate Care. We required a new furnace and air conditioner. We solicited quotes from 3 different companies and choose ABW. Tony, the President, prepared the quote and answered all of our questions. The installers, Greg & Justin, were terrific. Efficient, knowledgeable, respectful service and installation. We will reserve judgement on the actual equipment (we choose Lennox products) until the units have been operational for a decent period of time. But, so far, the furnace is working very well and is a great improvement over our previous unit (it is still cool weather, so we cannot give a preliminary review on the AC yet). After a few weeks, we will make another review based on the actual equipment. Our installation was planned and not done on an emergency basis.OK. Six months later and AC worked very well all summer. Everything is good. We are happy that we upgraded. Utility bills are lower and new equipment is much more efficient

Furnace stopped working, called Victoria and Danny arrived within the hour. Took care of the problem, no charge under warranty. We have always had great service from ABW Air Systems. From installing our new furnace & AC a few years ago, to service & maintenance. Highly recommend them!!!

Stellar customer service! ABW was the only company (out of the 5 we contacted) that was able to book our furnace and HRV servicing within a few days, and at a very competitive rate! Victoria was wonderful to deal with on the phone, and the technicians were knowledgeable, kind, and conscientious. I have already recommended them to my best friend, and will be sure to pass on their number to others! Thanks for being so great.
