I had the pleasure of working with Aaron to completely redesign my kitchen. He was extremely knowledgeable and made a lot of great suggestions that I hadn't considered. He made the process very quick and easy and ensured I had everything that I needed. This was well worth the money!!

I'm thrilled with my experience working with Traemand. I had the 4 hour in-home planning service with Erica and she's excellent - knows the products and very service oriented. Mark did our installation and he is excellent as well. He was super efficient, checked-in to ensure I was happy and cleaned up every day, which was highly appreciated. My only constructive feedback to customers is to ensure you understand all your measurements, tape your areas and know how much walkway space you want - it can be difficult reading it on the plan. I would highly recommend Traemand and Ikea kitchens.

Would not recommend. I used the service for Ikea remote kitchen planning. Initially, it all went fine. The staff was nice and polite and at the end, I received a plan with a cost estimate. I paid for a 2-hour session, but it lasted only 45 min. The result was an unrealistic kitchen plan with base and wall cabinets that were not aligned. So, obviously, I am not buying a kitchen from Ikea. It seemed that the person who helped me was in a hurry to do something else. When parting, she suggested that I do not hesitate to contact her if I had further questions. When I did she told me to book another session and pay again. In conclusion, the person who helped me did not even try to provide the best advice possible.

If I could give this company a zero rating, I would. Traemand, not the installers, are a horrible company with zero customer service. the measurements were taken improperly by Traemand in the first place, we then had our kitchen designed by ikea based off of Traemand’s improper measurements. Traemand came to install, only to let us know that nothing we ordered would fit in our kitchen space. They didn’t even have our most up to date design we had completed with IKEA in store appointments. We called head office to complain and Traemand never once took ownership for their mistake. After our complaints and escalating to the regional manager, nothing was ever done and our concerns were immediately brushed off. For ease of time, we paid Traemand the remaining 50% deposit to finish our kitchen. When they arrived the second time, they were still missing pieces to finish the install and ended up charging us yet again, more money, due to their own mistake. We were told by Traemand that we need to make a formal complaint to IKEA, when it was never their fault, if we wanted to get anywhere. We have no problems with ikea and our design appointments, however we do have nothing but complaints when it comes to Traemand, their management, and how they resolve (or lack thereof) customer complaints. We will never recommend Traemand to anyone who asks our opinion, as we have nothing but an awful experience with them.

Worst experience dealing with a business. Made mistake in getting the kitchen plan several times did not come on time and changed the date . cabinets are not level , they left electrical wires of the cabinets on the counter , poor quality. Did not finish the job and raised the price of the original agreement. Worst company ever

Would not recommend. Despite arriving on time and being reasonably polite, there are a number of issues with the final product. I wrote a customer review, submitted via e-mail, and have not heard back from the company. Listed complaints below:• Gouged the wall - paint chips off at counter top and cupboard where they meet the wall• cupboard with gouge exposing the brown backing in white cupboard• used painters tape to cover paint chip• miscut the precut countertop, leaving a seam where there shouldn't be one in the middle of the countertop• many uneven cupboards noticeably slanted• dust left inside most cupboards and drawers from screwing in handles• incomplete silicone on back of cupboard with sink (clearly a hole)• no care was taken on the silicone at the back of the countertop and now white marks all over the wall in that area• worked topless and without shoes for hours

Aaron was amazing in helping us design our dream kitchen. The knowledge he has with kitchens, ikea and the industry was a great help in planning our design. Our appointment was on time, professional and very well done. We are super excited with the result of our design and can’t wait to take the next steps! Thanks Aaron.

Very Professional company & Crew! Thank you Patrick! I can do a lot in my house but to have this crew install it in 2 days which would have taken me one month to do. Hats off to you guys. All said and done ….Ikea kitchen with Traemand to install, highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Erica N. on building a new kitchen island and it was such a great experience. Erica explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable of the products available and knew exactly which cabinets fit my needs. Erica made the entire planning process easy to follow and provide professional input on the design. Her suggestions were on point and she understood everything that I was looking for.
