Not sure if he's the assistant manager or what but the very large man loud man basically just argued with me about my experience living in Nanaimo and complained about my hometown which he's not lived in. I would give one star but the very tall fellow with glasses was so lovely and helpful I think his name was Mark. I don't think government run businesses should have workers with their bellies showing either. Just seemed very unprofessional.

Kicked out a 6 foot 8 23 year old and asked for I’d on someone not even buying the product saying I’d do business if you have a Id and kicking me out cause I don’t look my age or my size is very discriminatory and you guys are a absolute disgrace of the government. AND I WASNT EVEN BUYING A PRODUCT I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS with my dad who we are both disabled and he doesn’t understand it like me

I was surprised by the staff! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and non judgmental which is highly important in a place like this.All was well organized and easy to understand, but the staff also made sure we had everything we needed.This was my first time at a BC Cannabis store and I was very pleased.
