I started to deal with my broker Andy Lau this month and it was my first time to have insurance in Canada. Andy did his job well and provided professional advice for me and he deeply explained all the details on my car best insurance for me. It was very reliable and helpful, especially for a newcomer like me.

Omid Yeganeh was an excellent broker. He made our acquisition of both home and auto insurance a very smooth process. He also was readily available to answer any question we had, even after regular business hours. We highly recommend him.

If zero star available, I will give to the broker named Derek Zhao. Very unprofessional. Handled my insurance twice, the actual premium were alway different than what he says. I’ve reached out to him at the beginning of last month and consulted not to renew my current policy as I have found a better quote myself and he can’t not do it. He “promised” that he will price match, the part he can’t, he will credit/ or give a cash card… by mid of March I received the renewed file and pointed out to him the different, he mentioned that was not the final file he prepared. So I decided to go with the company, he requested me to write a cancellation letter myself. When I reached out to the insurance company, they have informed broker could cancel it on his end right away… When I called back to him, he told me “ you are CHEAP and don’t want to argue anything because of the long weekend. I have done the cancellation, it could take 2/4/6 weeks or 2 months to get your credit back….” Insurance company told me when broker make the request, he will get a confirmation right away but Derek said “this is nothing to provide.” He left me struggled with insurance company hours on the phone to fix his problem. This guy is extremely smart with no written confirmation so any changes happened it will turn to a he/she said story. Good luck by choosing this company, the broker may call you “Cheap”, too!

Grant Kim has been my broker for over decade (10 years), he is amazing. He is very patient and detailed with his explanation, he offers the best expect advice and suggestions. This company is very reliable and have their costumers at heart.
