I love the employees they are very helpful and friendly the store is usually never crowded and there is a wide selection of things you need and just about everything there is under 10 dollars so it’s easy to buy things for cheap prices.

Great store, lots of selection and product. Not jazzed on only self check out available. If I wanted to be a cashier, I would be one.

Terrible experience harassed by staff and accused of stealing because of having a backpack on.

I like this store. Clean, well stocked, plentiful easy parking and friendly helpful employees. I found a wide variety of items that I was looking for, and then some. The only reason for 4 star rating instead of 5 is the self check out. I don’t mind using self check out if I only have a couple of items, but it’s rather awkward when buying more than a dozen items. The area to place your items after scanning but before paying is just too small. I had to build a precarious pyramid of 20+ items, hoping they wouldn’t all tumble on the floor before I could pay and bag them up.

Did not enjoy the shopping experience. Aisles are so long and there are no signs at the end of each one. You have no idea what is down each aisle because they are so long you can't see to the end. The store has created an overly sterile environment that does not promote taking your time to look at different products. I could not wait to get out of there. I only saw one staff member helping people at the self checkouts, and she was very helpful.

The employees decided that following my boyfriend and I around and accusing us of stealing our whole visit was a great idea. Because we “have backpacks on” and “young kids tend to do this”. We are both very mature with jobs and NEVER any intention of stealing. There were many rude comments made during and even when we left the store. When we stuck up for ourselves they tried to justify their behaviour. Not to mention, we shop at this location quite often. Do better.

I just left this store, I was in the store for about 10 mins, looking around at different aisles, collected my items, cashed out myself, and didn’t see a single employee. I only saw other customers. Does anyone actually work here? I’m glad I didn’t need help with anything.

Best location - Scott/Vine. Very clean, plenty of stock, friendly, helpful staff. Absolutley 5 stars. Close to my apartment, never overly crowded.

Big store 1st time. Seems to be a good selection.

NOT ACCESSIBLE.I asked if they had a regular cashier to check me out, and the answer was no. The only option was to use self checkout, I am disabled and need assistance, bending over to scan items and moving in that way is extremely dangerous to my health and I almost blacked out at the store, thankfully I only had a few items. This happens every time I have visited this location. Highly advise you drive the extra distance to the Welland Ave. Location and avoid this one if you need a cashier to do their job so you don't have to. I know a lot of people do not work well with having to bag your own items be it from the stress, anxiety, confusing, over stimulation, or physical toll of it. Whatever your reasoning, this location doesn't have cashiers working the registers.
