A quick shout out to say how impressed I was with the customer service throughout my experience with Vernon VW. Myself and my entire family had been Toyota people for quite some time so it was a huge leap for to head over to VW. I'm really loving the smaller but stylish ride of the Taos and am incredibly happy to have gone over to VW. The service and experience throughout was above and beyond. Was very impressed with Vernon VW! The owner is awesome and all the staff are so friendly. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships, but Dawson sure went above and beyond! He is very personable and it’s obvious he cares for his customers!! Will definitely be buying another car from him!

Beware of this place, especially buying a used vehicle. Lesson learned.Customer service up front is good, but if you have any issues after the sale don't expect good service.RESPONSE TO DEALER COMMENT:My google review is posted under my maiden name, and the vehicle was purchased under my husbands name. This review is not misdirected. I have already had conversations with your salesperson, and with your GM back in the summer. No further assistance is needed. Just wanted to leave my comment for others to read. You had your chance to address my concerns back in the summer time, and were warned that I would be leaving a negative review.

Still working to get a deal done with Dawson and he has been a wonderful human being and Sales guy. He has treated me with kindness and respect despite me not having Mclaren wealth, and remains interested and committed to helping me land the vehicle in spite of complications on my end (I'm 450km away from Vernon VW, going overseas for two months, all while the car I'm eyeing is stuck at the port).Dawson makes me believe that Vernon VW is different from the other stealerships out there and gives me the assurance that it is safe to do business with Vernon VW.

My car has had it's life with me and I came in to finance. Not only was the customer service immaculate, the process was efficient. I have never had a company work so hard! They went above and beyond what they needed to!In the end I did not walk away with a car however that part is on me. They are excellent and super understanding.

Grady and I have had a great experience dealing with our salesman Dawson. He worked extremely hard to get us the vehicle we wanted. Angela was also great to deal with and we weren’t under any pressure to purchase extended warranty etc. Thomas was very helpful while Dawson was away for a few days. We believe that they have a great team at Vernon Volkswagen and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to all of our friends and family.
