T2 Condo Rentals

We are very satisfied with this rental company. We have been a customer of theirs for about two years now, and have mostly positive experiences. The agent we would with is Cathryn. She is a good communicator and very responsive. Typically everything we need repaired or replaced gets approved.

I had a great experience dealing with Katrina and T2 Condo rentals. Katrina is very helpful and efficient. She knows what she is doing and has always been prompt in her actions. She went above and beyond to meet our requirements by taking into consideration our work schedule. She is a very knowledgeable professional and will get the job well done. I'm very satisfied with this company. They were efficient and professional, helped me rent my unit in only 2 weeks after I picked up my keys from the developer for my interim occupancy. They wasted no time, did a very good job with checking my tenant's background and references. They took care of every step of the process without me having to follow up. Excellent service from Katrina.Dell delivered a monitor to me too soon. before my moving date. I email Katrina, and got the reply within 60 seconds. and they will help to keep my motor. Good service.

They both worked diligently in finding us tenants for two properties and the whole process was very smooth, quick, and efficient. They managed the listings, showings, and the vetting process for the tenants - I found that this was a very easy process for me as a landlord.

I am very pleased with my whole experience with this company. I am able to contact them easily with any question or concern I have regarding my rental unit. Katrina who I usually communicate with was not only professional, she's also kind and helpful. She understands her client's situation well and for that I really appreciate her. We rented a unit at 12 Gandhi Lane on December2022 we don’t recommend here for rent or buy at all for following reasons:1. Building is not ready and too many construction noises almost every day since 7 AM!! And sometimes they work on Saturday and Sundays as well when we escalate the issue to the managers they respond: (We did try to accommodate the 7am to 8am change, but as I have explained more than once now, it was not possible because (a) the contractors’ contracts do not allow for a later start time, and (b) we have occupancy schedules that require us to work the full, standard construction workday which is 7am to 4:30pm.)2. We hear construction noises even on Saturday night, Sundays morning from the other units and concierge even doesn’t check which unit making noise3. Several times false fire alarm noise because construction issues like pipe leaking in building at 3,4 AM in morning4. Regular fire alarm test is more then normal almost every other week and starts before 8AM until 5 PM and during the test just one elevator working for 40 floor and we have to wait almost 30 min to get down5. I stocked in elevator multiple times with construction guys and elevator was packed6. Garbage disposal are out of service most of the time7. We were told all Elevators will be ready and cover will be removed end of December, but still it’s covered and all corridors are covered by plastic, which shows everywhere so unprofessional8. There is no mirror in front of ramp and it’s so dangerous because we don’t have any sights (I was witness so many accidents), I wonder how it passed safety9. When my neighbours smoking it’s like someone smoking at my unit, ( I think there is no enough fan)10. There is no buzzer in front of parking door, sometimes no one seats in concierge, so there is no way to open parking door for guests and they have to park outside the building.If you have kids, any medical conditions or pet do not even walk around this building!

I am a real estate agent that recently closed a rental deal with this company. I had a bad experience with their team about my commission (due to work overload). However. I reached out their team and I worked with Christopher, Anthony and Hassan and they were extremely helpful in getting the commission issue resolved. Kudos to the T2 Condo rentals.
