My first time taking my bike in for service and had an amazing experience. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, quick turnaround on the repair. Highly recommend. This will now be my go-to Local Bike Shop.

Dropped in on my bike ride for the first time and had the pleasure of speaking to Matthew. They unfortunately did not have the item I wanted in stock (I haven't been able to find it anywhere) but Matthew was still helpful. He suggested 4 other bike shops in the area that may have inventory. Great customer service and I will be back to make other purchases.

Big thanks and big thumbs up to Cyclepath - especially Paul and Andrew.I came in after a very rough day with a flat, and was distraught.They were very sympathetic, kind and got me back up and rolling very quickly, and their charge for their services were super reasonable.

Amazing customer service from everyone in the shop, especially Andrew who helped me put together parts to rebuild my old bike! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. As someone who isn’t that handy when it comes to bikes he made me feel very comfortable asking questions and gave me the confidence to try and rebuild my bike!

Had an awesome experience today. They saw me straight away and fixed my flat in about an hour. Ian was awesome and showed me a few things about my bike I didn’t know! So happy I found them!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop my bike off and pick it up less than an hour later.

After having bought two great bikes here and having received excellent service for years, I was very disappointed when I was turned away my last visit in October 2022.According to the website at the time, drop-in was welcome. I got a babysitter so that I could walk all the way to drop off my bike. Upon arrival I was told there was no space and had to come back a day later. When I mentioned the drop in, they said they don't do it anymore, but had yet to change the website. . . I explained my situation, but there was no understanding, he wanted me out of the shop with my bike.If I would have known there were no drop offs, I obviously would have made an appointment. I left the shop, and lucky enough, a bike shop a few doors down welcomed me in as I was visibly distraught. Thanks to that shop I didn't have to walk all the way home and go back a day later.

Myself and my partner have purchased a few bikes from Cyclepath on Yonge over the course of the past 18 years and the service has always been very friendly, accommodating and courteous. Matt and Andrew are amazing and so is the rest of the team behind the scenes. Besides being super knowledgeable, they're down to earth, professional and efficient. It's hard to find such quality service in this day and age. Highly recommend.

I came in with a detached front wheel, it fell off randomly when I lifted my bicycle, and unsure how it got detached and what parts I needed or was missing.Without wasting time, Ron fixed my bike in two minutes - he put on a new quick release and afixed the front wheel, and didn't charge me for anything.

The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Whether you are looking for a new bike, or to repair an old one, they will do a great service for you. The parts they sell are affordable, and their selection is great. I would give 10 stars if I could!
