Wow, clean efficient, not the most friendly, however, great job and service was fast

I have rented trailers and storage units from this location and everything has always been seamless. Pick up and drop is always smooth. The storage units are clean and they are expanding the amount of units. The trailers are always available because the have lot of stock.

Good n friendly people. Answered my questions and gave a clean truck before I left.

Very helpful and understandable customer service. They made everything in their power to solve the mistake made by U-Haul Saint-Hubert. Definitely will be my first choice for my next rental service.

Apparently a raccoon managed to get inside the secure facility. Urine and feces, and somehow food and wrappers all over my unit and belongings. Assistant manager couldn't care less, was rude on the phone then didn't even call me back, let alone offer any kind of reparation. Very disappointing.

Reserved a truck for 9:15. Still waiting in line at 9:45. Terrible service for the price paid

I rented a truck and it was a total mess inside. I also had great extreme difficulty finding the box to drop the key in when it was at night. Do they do this on purpose so people get charged and extra time for rental?When I made a concern about this to the company they banned me after I made my complaint. I have never been banned by company before but this place was God awful and this company is God awful.Make sure to record everything you deal with companies these days especially this company because there are many potential human rights complaints among many others.I had phone conversations with the company and they said I was not banned but then when I went to the stores to rent another truck they said I was banned and you should have heard the horrible things they were saying about me on the phone when they thought the speakerphone was off!How do companies like this get a virtual monopoly in Canada on inter provincial moving services?

Rude rude rude man working. They are defensive and expecan argument. Warning do not go there in a good mood. No drive in like walker road has, my locker is on 2nd floor at the very back. Due to only speaking with someone in Arizona who booked it, they had no way of knowing how far it was. Also, one month free turned into 3 weeks as I am charged on the 21st, not the 1sof next month. Worst uhaul experience EVER.

I also have inside info saying the owner dosent fillow safety protocol and is uping the price because there other units burned to the ground. This place is scaming people for storing there belongings.been there 1 year and rent has gone up by $50 was paying 150 when I started and now paying $200 a month. Only open when they feel like it. And no staf to help with things. I would avoid this place as they are ripping people off. I have a storage unit elsewhere thats $135 a month and hast been uped in 6 years. What is uhal doing? Will be making this as public as possible.
