Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving Company, Calgary

While they are a little pricy, they are efficient and reliable. I have used them twice in two months (into and out of a storage unit) and both teams were great. They arrived when they said they would and took care of me and my things. This isn't a company that gives you an approximate start time but the movers have other moves before/after you, this is a you book them

My name is Inder Roopra, I just used Two Small Men with Big Hearts for their services - A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT! I moved my stuff within Winnipeg area and got the quotation of around $2200 but on the move-out day, 2 trucks came in and assured me the process will be smooth and not charged extra! To my surprise, I have been charged over $4000!! Also, I have more than 20 items, bed furniture corners, mirrors corners, glass items, vases broken/damaged badly!!!! Some boxes with my memorable items ARE LOST and I can not find those anymore!!! What a scam and a disappointing service!!!! I am stuck now with my claim and have to resort to Court Legal resources to get back compensation of at least $7000-$10000 including the extra $2000 I have been charged wrongly!!!! Do not use their services and waste your money!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND WILL 100% PURSUE LEGALLY!!!!

I used Two Small Men to move the contents of my house from a storage container to my new property. Ryan and his colleagues turned up as arranged and carefully and efficiently transferred the contents from the container to the van. This was made even more difficult as it was -20 outside, but they got on with the job at hand without complaint.They contacted me to say what time they would be at the drop off point, again they were punctual.The unload was even more impressive as they carefully put my property in the appropriate rooms.I would definitely recommend this company if require property moving.....great service topped off with very reasonable rates.Thanks to all involved

I would 100% recommend this moving company. Marc made the move easy and painless and was very time efficient. He ensured nothing was damaged and talked me through the whole process. They made a very long day, a lot more bearable. If moving in the future, I will definitely use them again. Thanks for all the help!

We moved our family of 5 from Calgary to Edmonton using 2 Small Men and it was a fabulous experience. The booking centre was helpful, flexible and informative. The crew (Monty and Majid) were phenomenal and safely took care of all our belongings. They went the extra mile to make sure every last item was secured and the additional service of disassembly and reassembly was very well done. Definitely excellent value for the money. Can't recommend them enough.

Our team of movers from Two Small Men were absolutely exemplary through the day - removed any sense of stress that can often be at the forefront of ones mind. Braden and Monty helped us move from our condo in Calgary to our new home in Nelson. The guys had exceptional customer service throughout the duration of our move, which was a considerably long and difficult move with many stops. Despite the challenge, they remained upbeat, friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. It was a pleasure to work with two small men and I would highly recommend. We will certainly be using them again :)

Had an amazing moving experience at the end of April by Two Small Men with Big Hearts, we were quoted around 1,200 for a two bedroom apartment and the guys finished the move-out and move-in in 3 hrs! Costing us only about 650$ before tip! They were quick and super awesome funny guys! Really enjoyed having them move everything, only a few things were nicked but that’s expected with any move. Very friendly when I first contacted them for a quote. Did a virtual walk through via FaceTime.Guys showed up on time and worked hard and put in long hours to get it done. We used the packing and moving service. They returned the next day with an additional member and an extra truck to get it done quickly. The main guy was professional, friendly and very open and honest about cost. I appreciated their work. We still have a move in to do and they will return with our stuff out of storage to put it in the new house but they easily accommodated this move.

The guys that moved us up one floor in our condo building were AMAZING! Professional, strong, careful w our furniture and were super easy to work with, we would rate them 10 stars!!!The company, I believe charged too much for what we needed but we were in a pinch. They charge you mileage, an extra hour for travel but they advertise they don't. They also charge a minimum of 3 hours for a job that only took 1 1/2 hours.
