Super professional, efficient and polite officers working this morning at the CBP Ogdensberg crossing. They figured out why my Nexus card never worked ( after countless visits to useless Canada customs Pearson Airport which never could tell me why.) CBP brought me in and explained what I had to do on GOES portal to fix it.

We where denied entry due to vaccination status. A bus of 22 hockey players where also denied a few minutes after us. They made us wait 15 minutes. Disappointed. Luckily travelocity refunded us for our booking.

I will forever be grateful for the people who work here, especially Officer Dandrow. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone, he was nothing but helpful, kind and caring. Officer Larry as well was helpful and supporting. I definitely recommend using this port, because they actually care and listen to what you say, and are just a pleasure to be around.

Thank you officer Jaskowski, very friendly and helpful. This border is not very busy in the evening, which makes a good option for crossing into the States from Ottawa. 45mins drive.

I was on my way back home from a road trip to Canada. Customs agent sounded very militant and unfriendly when she was questioning me and my group. As an American, I don’t think this is a good representation of our country. Make your customs agents a bit nicer please or our fellow Canadians crossing the border will have a bad taste of America. I was able to get through customs fine though.

My wife and I went to the CBP office to get a “BR number” for the summer. I’m not going to explain what that number is, but you can also apply for the number online which I had done a couple of weeks ago. Since I didn’t receive any recognition of my application via email, we decided to apply in person.Frank, one of the officers on duty that Friday, postponed his lunch and provided us the help and number immediately. He also explained that the online application didn’t work so we did the right thing by showing up in person. Thank you very much, Frank - you made the trip from Ottawa much better.
