They have a receptionist now so things are more organized compared to previous times.

Took my vehicle here last minute on a Friday at noon. They were very professional and helped me immediately. They knew quickly what was wrong and had it fixed in no time. I cannot express my gratitude. I will definitely only be coming here from now on. Thank you.

I bought a second hand Buick that was in good condition at the end of August. The motor was humming a bit loudly so before I went on my first big road trip down south I wanted a quick and simple tune up to make sure things would run smoothly on the highway. I was recommended Auto Medic by a friend. I took my Buick to them and it was ready the very next day. I thought “Wow” what excellent service! Until I saw the bill... $500! They did not even inquire with me first or give me any kind of estimate. Apparently the mass air flow sensor needed replacing. As frustrated as I was with this final cost I thought to myself, it is fine, it is okay, at least now I know that my vehicle will be safe and ready for my road trip.... this was NOT the case. My vehicle broke down an hour outside of Parry Sound. I had a auto shop in Parry Sound replace the motor, so thousands of dollars later I drove down to Parry Sound with my Dad to pick up the vehicle and bring it back to Thunder Bay. I made auto medic aware of the incident and even went as far as to email them a invoice. They did not get back to me. I guess now that they have my money they wouldn’t feel a need to do so. Crooked, unprofessional business. I won’t ever be going back.

Relatively expensive and incompetent. I took a car for a safety and they tried to fault me for the trunk lock not working 100% of time... My friend took his truck there, and he said he needed an entirely new exhaust, he supplied the exhaust for them to install and they didn't use any gaskets! They just left them on the seat.

Great place to bring for any vehicle needs! I’ve been dealing with them for many years and the staff have always been fast, friendly and knowledgeable!
