I ordered a Black Friday deal phone for pickup at this location. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email when it was ready for pickup. Three weeks later after no communication, I called and found out that they had cancelled my order due to it not being in stock. No one notified me. No one gave me any next steps to take.Fido used to have great customer service. I spoke very highly of them. The last few years, they're acting more like a corporate giant that doesn't care about its customers.
