These guys are the best. The young lad who changed my tire was awesome and did it super quick even in the pouring rain and still was laughing and smiling. Great job, highly recommend!

Very professional service. My car wouldn't start and I needed to have it towed. SMC Towing was open on a public holiday when everyone else was closed. The tow driver Mo was very friendly and professional, towed my car to a mechanic and even gave me a ride back to my house. Would definitely recommend them if you ever need a tow.

We had the misfortune of requiring their services through CAA. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the service! Matthew was knowledgeable, efficient to a science, personable, courteous, engaging, informative, and above all - professional. I can't say enough positive things about him in a not-so-great situation for us. Highly recommend him and SMC Towing.

Called at 3.38am in morning, showed up at 4.10am as promised. The guy i was talking to was very polite and respectful. The towing man was efficient, quick to process and made sure that my car does not get damaged.All big companies i called did not pick phone, either had service area not enlisted or made excuse that they will come after 8-9am.This guy showed up in half an hour. Keep up the good work. Saved your number and will use again if needed. Cheers.

Fantastic service. Pat was beyond professional, knowledgeable, polite and punctual. I couldn't have asked for better service. Pat explained the whole procedure for towing my all wheele drive vehicle and really made me feel comfortable and confident in his skills. I would say he went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. These guys are total pros. No one like dealing with tow trucks and having their car towed and held in a lot. My car was impounded and their team did the tow in a very professional manner they had all the right equipment and the car was kept in perfect condition. They answer the calls always and give you updates and prices on the spot. No hidden games like other tow companies. They are great

Car ended up getting wedged on a median. I called them and they were able to send justin out within a couple hours. Justin showed up and was quick and professional. Best experience i have ever had with a towing company and driver. I highly recommend them. Really amazing people and glad they were able to help so quickly

Called CAA when my car wouldn't start. Matthew arrived at the time specified with a friendly and professional demeanor. I appreciated him taking the time to discuss the possible causes of the car not starting since my battery was not the problem. I felt confident that when my car was towed away it was in good hands.

I can not recommend this business enough. Matt from SMC arrived at an accident scene where someone pulled out infront of my car and left my car totalled. Matt was calm, professional and kind in the chaos. Later arriving at the tow yard, everyone I spoke to from SMC was kind and informative. I've added SMC to my phone contacts if I ever need a great towing company in the future.

SMC = Scrap My Car. I had the unfortunate experience of having my car impounded for 15 days and due to registration issues I went over by 2 days. I was delightfully surprised to find out that for the initial 15 days the day impound rate was not so excessive at $15/day plus tax but was horrified to find out that the price jumped to $60/day plus tax after the 15 days. Although the staff was kind and courteous, treated me and my vehicle with respect and were efficient and professional and prompt in retrieving the car, the rate of $60/day is absolutely ridiculous. Totally unfair and highway robbery.
