Been waiting for close to 30 minutes for a call back. I am a new customer. Agents say's she is with a client and would call me back. All documents sent an hour ago. Not having a good experience so far. You did say you would call me back after finishing with your client. A call back to confirm you recieved my documents would have been courteous and professional.

I love coming to this location, not only because it’s close to my way home but the staff are amazing. Joanne is so kind, thoughtful and great to talk to. I usually don’t write reviews but had to about my experience with Lorrie. She is absolutely INCREDIBLE… unfortunately I had an emergency I couldn’t afford, I felt very ashamed walking in and asking for help. I was in tears, and Lorrie was so compassionate and did not make me feel judged in any way. I am so grateful for the help and empathy from Lorrie today at Cash Money!!

I started going to cash money store around a year ago. I usually am lucky to get your CSR Joanne. She knows your name, and chats with you.. She is always super efficient, friendly, funny and you feel like it's not just a loan place but where they appreciate your business and enjoy their job.
