Tasco Burlington

We purchased a very expensive Bosch wall oven and microwave combo almost three months ago and it has yet to be installed. We have use of the oven but after three different installers, multiple parts/brackets sent, no one can figure out how to install the microwave. At this point we have requested a whole new unit ( I would prefer a refund), still no resolution. This was our first purchase from Tasco and will definitely be our last.***Update - more brackets sent (fourth time) no installer booked, no response ….

Gautham at the Tasco Burlington location was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very kind, courteous and helpful with all of our questions. The purchase and delivery processes were seamless with out any issues... a great experience. I look forward to working with Gautham and Tasco again for our future appliance needs.

I just purchased a dryer from Tasco Burlington making me a repeat customer (I have previously purchased a cooking range, refrigerator & washing machine from here a few years ago). The entire purchase cycle from my initial visit to purchase to installation was very smooth and seamless. Gautham Anekal was extremely helpful & professional during the initial phase when I was researching my options & his knowledge & candid input helped my decision making process. After the purchase he kept me updated every step of the way until the installation was scheduled & also helped coordinate the delivery for a convenient date/time. The installation crew arrived on time on the scheduled date & we're very professional & courteous. They also did a test run to show us the dryer working. I would definitely recommend Tasco Burlington for all of your appliance needs.

We had a very positive Tasco experience buying a fridge! Having been through a quite unpleasant experience with another GTA based name brand store, which had never delivered the fridge we ordered for more than ten weeks beyond the original ETA they promised and refused to refund our money, that had to go through a long dispute process via credit card company to resolve, we were in need for a new fridge quickly since we had lost so much time already for replacing our dead old fridge. We stopped by Tasco Burlington, previously unknown to us, on our way home, just to see what they got in store with not much of any expectation. To our surprise, we’re met with a sales representative, Sal, as well as the store manager, George, with whom both were quite friendly and patient. We purchased a GE model out of a decent collection of varieties. The fridge was delivered within two days and the delivery was done professionally. The unit is currently working with no issues, knock on wood, so we are happy. We believe every customer likes to deal with people who run businesses ethically. This is a store does that, so we fondly recommend without any hesitation.

Margarida, my Sales Associate was excellent. She went out of her way to get answers to questions and was very prompt with all correspondence. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.My issue was with Aga. I picked after market knobs. I believe the Sales rep for Aga should have had knobs available to see since I was using that as a base for other brass choices in the kitchen. That is another story. My biggest issue was my stove arrived Friday. I picked the colour based on pictures on the website and a colour sample that Aga provided. A deep dark blue. “Midnight Sky”. The stove that arrived is a lighter in colour than expected. Still nice but not the shade I was expecting. The least you could do, Aga, is make your colour samples closer to what you are providing.

What an excellent experience we have had here, George and Jennifer have been instrumental in helping us find the perfect appliances and answering any and all questions we have had after the purchase!!

Beware!!Knowledgeable and friendly sales team but pathetic customer service!After purchasing a full lineup of home appliances from Gautham at Tasco Burlington, including a defective Electrolux refrigerator, we've been battling for nearly a month now to get a resolution!The customer service is impersonal, slow and difficult. Even after several, unsuccessful service visits"

Sekar sold us a stove! He was great at searching out what would be available to us in white. Delivery was delayed because of stock issues. We are happy with our purchase!!

Recently purchased a washer and dryer from Tasco. From the moment we entered, the store has a clean, modern look with a number of great options ranging from affordable to the most high end models available, so was able to satisfy all types of consumers. We met Sal who listened to our needs and budget and directed us to terrific options, without any pressure tactics. He explained the pros and cons of a number of units and made recommendations on what would work best for our family. At time of purchase, Tasco employees kept my kids entertained with coloring, hot chocolate and even gave them their own plants to take home and plant. (my kids can't wait to go back to the appliance store!! :)) Just this small touch made the experience better for all. At the end we negotiated a reasonable price, arranged for delivery and install at a time convenient for us and had the units in our home by the next week and they have been working great. Would definitely go back to Tasco Burlington for future appliance purchases and will be asking for Sal!

This company is a joke. Bought 2 floor models, scheduled delivery for a week later. Called to confirm time and they had me on the schedule a week later and now can't find my appliances. Dumb and dumber.
