Great hall for any occasion. Amazing atmosphere. Brilliant performances. ❤Hamilton Conservatory for the Arts. Wonderful time with ballet artists and modern dancers

We watched Shen Yun show here.The show was amazing.The hall was so nice too, although we saw other better ones in historical Europe. But this hall is still nice and you can enjoy any show there.One advice: if you are going to a popular show, make sure to arrive early, maybe 45 to 60 minutes earlier. Only because getting to the parking is so difficult and takes a long time. You don't want to miss your show.And of course you have to be patient when going out of parking. I needed 45 minutes. Can't blame the organizers, it's the large number of attendees. Be careful the announced prices are not accurate. I was charged a flat 15$.

This venue is awesome and always has been. The acoustics are amazing for listening to any type of music. If you have a chance to see a concert here, do it!

Very dangerous balconies with outdated thin waist level railings. Not safe for kids on the balconies, a simple trip could be fatal. The bathrooms need some updating and fixing, not just a bucket of bleach. The popcorn was stale. Feels like a management problem. The issues could be reversed easily with some small investments and initiatives.

I have always loved this venue for live music. Not a bad seat in the house for sound and it’s intimate enough to feel connected with the performers.

Great concert but not a great venue. No middle aisle so the rows are long and this means people will be saying sorry" as they have to pass you going in/out all event long-- ugh! Also

It's nice that there's staff that guides you to your assigned seating.When I needed to go to the washroom, the staff have a flashlight to light up your steps so you don't trip. Assist you directions to the washrooms. Washrooms are neat.The sounds & lighting is fantastic. We very much enjoy our experience at the First Ontario Concert Hall.

It's a great place to see anything concerts plays and the most comfortable seating . The acoustics are the best . And the host and everyone that works there really helpful. Clean bathrooms and a great selection of drinks . They could use root beer or ginger beer it would be nice .
