Mrakovic Meat & Deli

Hidden Gem in the middle of nowhere. I'm going to post the picture I forget the name of these but they are the best for the barbecue absolutely delicious.

Everything was so delicious. The stuff are very friendly and welcoming. We tried almost everything, my favourites are borek and kofte. I really recommend ☺️

A colleague had bragged about this place ever since I told him how much I enjoyed Burek. His directions were shoty, but finally finding Mrakovic Meat and Deli was well worth the trouble. The BEST Burek I've ever had. I can't wait to go back and try every thing else they offer from their kitchen in the back.

The Turkish coffee and the burek were an amazing combination. It was also my first time to have burek, and I thought it tasted delicious. If you would find yourself in Etobicoke, this bakery is worth a visit!

When it comes to Balkans, Mrakovic is without a doubt the most amazing meat, grocery, bakery and take-out restaurant in town. It is a Balkanian superstore in a small little store hidden in the middle of a residential neighborhood. A great grocery, deli and meat store if you crave Eastern Europe style food. The service is friendly-with a bit of language barrier- and the price quite reasonable.The hardest thing is to drive to this store, you may need to use Google Map, but once you arrive, you won't regret it because you just entered a little Eastern European heaven where all your food related cravings from burek, to good lamb or amazing tasty smoked meats, to good ol pita or the good home-made kofte will wait for ya! Want pastry? You got it baby! There small bakery sections if filled with special cookies. You can also find grilled veal here! I got some kaymak as well! It was good!

Best in town for all Balkan food/ snack and meats. They have the best on the go Cevapis and boxed frozen cevapis and pljeskavica and the best Kajmak. Highly recommend

While there are still several options in Toronto/GTA for people from the Balkan region looking for a taste of home, the options are really lacking compared to what we had 10+ years ago. There are some quite expensive, merely not bad"

Love their food. They also have quite the option of things from backhome, so thats also very nice.

Products are good but beware where you buy them ! Burgers and Chevapi are much cheaper if you buy at Metro than in the store directly - really a shame. Example: a couple of days ago, Big Balkan Burger at Metro (Etobicoke) $15.99, in store $22 ! Quite a difference.... Similar price difference for Chevapi as well.
