So very pleased with the job the guys did today.. The pipe from the basement to the septic tank had to be replaced..a section of it and you wouldn't get a more professional job anywhere.. Hope I don't have to call for anything else anytime soon ☺️ but will definitely be calling them if I do.. Thanks so much. I'll sleep better tonight..

My kitchen sink drain was clogged, called at around 9am and someone was at the house before noon. Within 45 minutes drain was working again. Excellent service and speedy response. Great work Moore Douglas Ltd.

Completely frozen sewar line and flooded bathrooms on New Years Eve in my year old mini-home....took them only a couple days to get there and I am really happy with their work, they were great to deal with and I’m so happy to have it fixed. They also gave me some great tips and fixed what the original plumber did to cause the issues in the first place. Hoping it’s the last of my issues with it all. Happy with price too- was expecting a much higher bill considering all the work they had to do. THANK YOU!!!

After calling 3 plumbers on a Friday morning with a clogged sewer pipe who told me they were too busy to help me, the lady at Douglas Moore at 1230 pm got back to me in 15 min with For a backed up sewer

Our pipe to our septic was blocked and backing up into the house. After trying one plumber who wasn't able to fix it we called Doug and he came out with an electric auger. When going from the septic to the house didn't work he took the toilet off and put the auger through that way which worked. I would 100% recommend Doug and his company and will use him as my first call going forward. He came out the same day I called and without hesitation even though it was a holiday. This was day 7 after hurricane Fiona and we were still without power so having no running water after 7 days of no power was going to be extremely difficult. So glad I called Doug who was recommended by Jason from Maccallum Septic another great company.

I tried for 3 weeks to just get an appointment for an estimate. I only wanted something scheduled so I could make arrangements to be home for when they came. I spoke with Gary and Bertha a number of times but the two could not get on the same page to get anything booked. I totally understand that it is busy, however, I also think that following up with clients is important. I was told many times I would be contacted and never was. :(

Bertha is conscientious about scheduling the service in a timely manner and Gary ensures that he or the other service professionals on his team get the job done right the first time.
