Plus (Vaughan Mills)

I am extremely unpleased with this store’s service, I never leave reviews but I am so frustrated with this store I felt the need to. I made an order on Black Friday for a hoodie which was supposed to arrive at the Vaughn mills location for pick up in 1-10 business days, so a I waited everything was going well no problems at all, I got my hopes and and was looking forward to the arrival of my hoodie. on the eighth business day I called to store to check on my order (since I haven’t heard from them since I made the order) and they said it will be transferred from a different location in the coming days. The next day I called again and they said it will be at the store the next day in the morning (yes, on the tenth business which was said to be the latest possible arrive) and so again I was excited and cleared out time in my schedule to pick it up. In a matter of hours before I was headed to the store to pick it up (after two weeks of waiting) I get an email telling me it sold out. I engaged in numerous phone calls with them and only on the last did they agree to only give me a 25% discount on the brand that produced the hoodie I ordered in the first place. (Which is the only reason I’m giving them a 2 star and not 1.) This store and company need to improve their service badly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop with them.

Amazing service by the two gents that was on shift earlier this morning. I had another order I placed online but was not ready to be picked up. They took an extra step and called Yorkdale's location to get it ready for me.Extremely polite and professional. Will definitely shop at this location and Yorkdale from now on.

Incredible chill people at this Plus location! Everything was clean and easy to go through. Got the items that weren’t in stock to order to our house vs going online when it was sold out/going to another location. My boyfriend and I really got to talking with the associates and found them wonderful. We were literally the last people in the store and they still weren’t rushing us in decisions and helped when both of our cards hit our daily limits; instead of telling us to find an atm, or returning the items, allowed us to pay online. I would recommend this location to people who are trying to find all the “it” pieces on the market that’s sold out. I can say in confidence they’ll try their hardest to get it or find a better alternative.

Let me starting, by saying what a great customer service experience, I had with the sales associate. he’s name is Nathan. Very polite, very patient, & very professional. Love the location. One of the best customer service. I ever had. & also the others sales, associated, they were very nice

Literally just walked into the store and was met with poor customer service. I inquired if the brand would be interested in some brand new clothing from a brand they are reselling and I was met with a stern “no” when in reality I should’ve been told I should contact their buying team online to regarding what I have for sale and possible price points. If the buyers agree, then I can go forth with an appointment and bring in the items for inspection and possible sale.How am I more knowledgeable than the associate in the store ???

I highly recommend this location. Erald was a great help, as i was in a rush for pick up he was super accommodating and had my order ready for the timing of my choice next day!! Plus general has the best customer service i've ever experienced in a retail store.

These guys were so incredibly helpful when I had an issue with my package! I had ordered a package online to be picked up at the Vaughan Mills store, but my schedule didn't line up with the delivery date. So when I got to Vaughan Mills my package was still in transit, but I wouldn't be able to make the trip down to the store again as I live quite a significant distance away. However, after speaking with the guys at the Vaughan Mills store they were able to accommodate me, and even though their store was super busy at the time, they were still willing to answer all of my questions and make sure that I could get my package with no issues. I'm so incredibly thankful to them and am so happy with their customer service! Thanks again!

Great customer service and smooth transaction. I sold a brand new pair of sneakers to them and got a fair price. I didn't get low balled or pressured. Keep up the good work!

Ordered Pokémon trading card product from website. One of the tin have none of the packs that should originally be there, but all replaced with cheaper more common packs which are possibly resealed with no hits at all. It was such a scam! Never going to purchase anything from them.
