I called ThePrivateHomeBuyers to get a better understanding of what my house was worth before listing it on the London real estate board. Naturally, I was a bit skeptical of what they would offer, with the understanding that many private buyers operate by paying the bare minimum. Jason was awesome to deal with and ended up connecting me to some investors who came forward with a great offer. After deciding to list my house on the market instead, it turned out that the private offer would have netted me more money. Lesson learned but a great experience overall - I would recommend this company to anyone interested in selling their home.

We where selling are fathers house after he passed. We dealt with Jason for all are interactions. We got fair price and they made what could be a difficult process very simple and easy. Would definitely use them again should the need arise

I recently lost my dad to a long fight with cancer.. I had many tasks to complete, including the selling of my childhood home.. Jason was sensitive to my situation, provided me with a fair offer and was always available for any questions given that this was my first experience without a real estate agent. To tell the truth I was afraid to sell home to a private buyer instead of putting it up for sale myself. I took a chance and got a estimate. I sold to the private home buyers because they gave me a fair price and a few extra things. I am a very happy woman!! They were good to me and fulfilled all they promised. I would definitely recommend them!!! I was dealing with Jason, who is awesome!!
