They went above and beyond for the restoration on the acreage! There were definitely some delays, but that was not due to Paul Davis itself, but rather the contractors and insurance company. The in house team then did everything they could do set things right and get the work finished up faster than I anticipated. They were quite thorough and experienced. We had a great customer experience, especially with Barbara! She was so great to communicate with and address any concerns

We had a flood in our basement, called Paul Davis. They were out early the next morning. They worked quickly and efficiently and were able to salvage almost all the previous work that had been done. Two people on the crew really stood out, Montana and Evan, they answered all questions, reassured us of the situation (we had a previous flood not even a year prior, the entire basement had just been redone), made sure our personal belongings were moved carefully. They went above and beyond for us! Very grateful these two were assigned to our case and for all the work Paul Davis has done for us.

The staff at Paul Davis were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. From the beginning they went the extra mile helping us find a plumber last minute, all the way through to the end when the job was done, and done well. They kept in contact throughout the process and were always available to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. I'd go with Paul Davis again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to my friends already.

Having my home based business disrupted by the flood was extremely stressful. Paul Davis and crew took on the project of restoring my basement. The staff were amazing, very professional, and friendly. The crew came out quickly, and kept me updated with all they were doing. With my hectic work schedule the crew managed to restore my basement in quick manner and lower my stress so my business was back and running. They did an excellent job on my basement! I highly recommend them!!

Although there were delays throughout the project, the staff seemed to care about trying to get us back into our place. In the end, the work was completed to a very good quality. It's hard to imagine the level of damage that was caused by the fire, smoke and water.

The first crew came immediately after our water issue and helped. We had to wait a while for the rest of our restoration to be completed, but each crew that came in were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Would recommend them anytime.

Thank you, all of you, for all your hard work, getting our house done in an extremely timely manner. This would not have been completed as fast as it did without the help of Shanese, and most importantly Barb. Despite these two lovely lady's extremely busy chaotic work days, they both were beyond compassionate, and took the time to look at my situation and did their absolute best to accommodate getting my house back in order to keep my family together ❤️ These two deserve much praise. Paul Davis managed my basement repairs after flood damage in the spring of 2022. All of the contractors/sub-contractors were very friendly and helpful. I was thrilled at how easy the process was and what a great job they did. The communication throughout the job was prompt and timely and they finished in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them if you need restoration work done!
