I just bought a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid and I love it. The whole process was smooth and easy, the whole team members are professionals and they are good at what they do. Matthew was my first contact, he helped me with the process over the phone and was easy to talk to and available to answer my questions as I live in Halifax and wanted to have only one trip to Truro to pick up the car. Rebecca made sure that I understood the different financing and warranty options I can choose from in a transparent way. Everyone was helpful and James the General Sales Manager also made sure that everything went well and nothing else is needed and that I am satisfied with the service. We purchased a brand new 2022 Highlander platinum in January 2022 in Halifax and the service we received doesn’t come close to the “celebration” we experienced when purchasing the Tundra. From booking my appointment, dropping off my car and picking it up, he was beyond helpful! He answered any questions I had, was so easy to talk to and made the whole process so much easier! My partner and I needed a new vehicle in a short amount of time. We had stopped in to take a look at a vehicle they had on the lot. The team at Truro Toyota made everything so easy. Our sales rep Steve went over everything, and had the sale ready to go in less than 24 hours. There was no issues at all. We even had to make a last minute change when we went in for pick up. They didn’t even blink and fixed everything for us. Before leaving they gave us a tour of the service center to bring the car in for service. After getting free merch, a tour, and handed our keys, they kindly had what I believe was the entire team come out and congratulate us on our new purchase. We were even given a bouquet of flowers! It’s been a few days since having our vehicle and it’s absolutely perfect. Our other vehicle is due for service and without a doubt I’ll be bringing it to them for future service. Bought a new 2023 camry today. The staff were beyond helpful, friendly and make you feel welcomed. They made the transition from my old vehicle to the new so easy and knowledgeable about the car. The care that the staff give is really something you need to experience. Flowers giving, lots of smiles and I left feeling that I can come back anytime.
