Canadian Playhouse Factory

The playhouse is cute but there are a few problems. I have given a month to see if they could rectify the situation but once the product was delivered when I reached out on June 26th I was not answered back.So the playhouse is cute put together but not many things are square or fit together nicely. While putting the pieces together some things did not fit because the cuts from the factory were way off, for example, not that this hindered completion of the playhouse but one of the planter boxes has an inch wide gap in the bottom, just an example of how I personally feel it was slapped together. We are going to put shingles on the roof because there is no way water will not get when it rains because of again. Unlevel cuts, yes we followed direction and tried multiple ways just incase. I also am missing an important piece that is support to the roof and to put the porch together. Almost a month later and I have not had anyone reach back out to get it resolved. So I am paying someone to make the missing piece for me. My daughter loves the playhouse so that is the important part, but I do not feel like I got my moneys worth at this point. Honestly I think 3 stars may be pushing it. It will still be very well loved.

We just received our new playhouse this week and we love it! Looks great, well-made and our kids are already spending loads of time there. We live close to the manufacturer so we were able to take advantage of delivery and set up, which was so helpful for us. Thanks again!

I ordered a playhouse in October 2021. I was told it would arrive by Christmas. In March of 2022 I finally disputed it through my credit card because Mike and Alexandra never sent my product. At first it was delay after delay, which I understood and was patient even though it meant repeatedly delaying our Christmas celebration. Then they flat out lied and told me multiple times my order was completed and ready to ship, then that was a mistake and it hadn’t been painted. They told me at least three times it had shipped and would be delivered by a certain date and it never was. Once they even gave me a shipping company and tracking number. When I contacted the shipping company they said that the number wasn’t assigned to a package and they had never been contacted about a shipment for me. Every time I contacted the playhouse company they were polite but did nothing to track my order and just made more promises of deliver and never followed through. Finally after I contacted the credit card company they admitted they never shipped it, supposedly still had it at their facility, and were unwilling to offer any recourse other than I could order it again, pay in full in advance and wait and see if they decided to ship it at some future date. Needless to say almost six months and two very disappointed little girls later, I took my business elsewhere.

iordered a playhouse 3 weeks ago, they took my money, told me that there was a 21 day hold, after calls with mike asking when my playhouse would ship and him telling me as soon as the money clears...he emails me and cancels the order.BUYER BEWARE!!!

My first complaint is that it took 6 weeks to ship. I understand large items take time but I never got a shipment confirmation or tracking email. I actually thought I got scammed. Eventually I got ahold of mike and he took a picture of his computer screen where the shipping info was, so eventually I was able to track the package. And, like other reviews, the pieces don't fit perfectly together so there was a lot of time spent fixing things or just running out to buy something new. I was also shorted materials and had to buy about $70 worth of replacements. I reached out to Mike to see if this could be refunded and never heard back. It's a cute playhouse and my kids love it, but with the shipping, missing pieces, and the 3 days it took to put it together by 2 guys who knew what they were doing.... I would look elsewhere.
