My family has been going to this location for years but tonight was our last visit. To begin with, after arriving home with our takeout order of 4 Blizzards for my family we found this metal piece (pictured) in my daughter's blizzard. When we called, the store admitted that the blizzard cone was damaged and falling apart, so maybe it should be replaced. Another Blizzard with Cinnamon Bun pieces was inedible: The pieces had clearly gone bad as they were hard and tasted like dirt. I have to wonder what other risks they are taking with their patrons' food safety. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that she is not reachable and the only way was to send a Google review. I hope she reads this, as there are real concerns there.

Very fast service didn’t have to wait too long. friendly staff and perfect blizzard. The small size was a lot bigger than I expected I barely could finish it

Worst dairy Queen ever. Dirty, employees so rude. This is what they gave me n I asked her (Jena) n her co worker and they refused. The pineapple juice was floding the Sunday. Went over the sink n pour it out. No whip cream, neither on milkshake.

Got blizzards for all the family, big parking lot. I had to repeat my order a few times because they forgot but the staff are young so can't blame them, they are trying and at least are nice, quite empty when we went and the place could use a bit of love.

It was a great day for ice cream today so we went to DQ but was stuck in a 40 minute line. Not because it was that busy, but because the line was barely moving. The service was embarrassingly slow. To be fair, there were only 3 employees and 2 were new. Even the one senior employee seemed fairly junior. I don't blame them as they did the best they could, they were just overwhelmed. This location is poorly staffed and inadequately prepared. Makes me wonder why an owner or senior manager wasn't there helping out. Doesn't bode well for summer if the owners don't get their act together. Only reason this doesn't get 1 star is because the sundae was actually good.
