Place is getting worst than ever with maintenance and work orders.I got invoices for the damage which i have not made. In the report they mentioned that water leakage from heater radiator which was opened and when the repair guy came to check it was actually closed and not opened. Actually they could not figure out where the water came from so they just mentioned that the radiator was opened and sent me an invoices.In fact, they finished the work order for my heater just before the week ago the leakage was found. And they blamed me for the damage.Do not suggest and not to bring any referance to this place anymore.

The WORST property management company ever. Just stay far away.I would like to know what Medallion plans to do about the flood I experienced today; this is not the first. Time and time again the unit above has no regard for the people that live below them. I'm at the point now where Medallion leaves me no choice but to file and bring a formal complaint to the tenant and landlord board for the floods endured and not replacing my damaged carpet or hardwood floor and compensation for today’s flood. I came home to the master bedroom and bathroom having close to an inch and a half of water because of an unattended child in the tub of water in the unit above. I have pictures and videos of the flooding from today and the past. It has happened with 4 superintendents taking pictures and videos in the past and nothing was done about it. There is so much water damage in the ceiling that I fear that the ceiling will collapse on me and my family at any given time. I am also concerned about the mold and other health issues that may result from this constant inconvenience. My personal belongings i.e., clothes, luggage are damaged and I’m requesting full compensation because of it. This is unacceptable and Medallion is to blame for the misuse of their unit by their tenant. I should not be put in a position to police YOUR PROPERTY, and I refuse to accept anything less from Medallion Corp.

Brought up exterior drug activity at 24 Howard to the property management and they told me that they do not take direction from tenants. They listed the security company phone number on the bulletin board and when I call them (twice now) , they do not have the building on their list!!! Terrible.

The most unprofessional, inconsiderate building operators I have ever lived in. They shut down electricity and water with no end time so you can go days without water. Units infested with cockroaches. They crawl around day and night in the halls and main lobby. Dirty disgusting and repairs done with yhe cheapest labor and materials. Don't be fooled.

Worst place to live in. The place is full of bed bugs and even when you complain to the management no action will be taken. We’ve been living in their apartment full of bed bugs from the very second month and have been complaint about the same but they do not care at all. There are bite marks all around our body but they say there are no evidence of bed bugs. So please save yourselves.

I would like to file a complaint about the management office operations regarding locker access. It is unacceptable that locker access is granted only in unspecified hours and depending on the mood of the person picking up the phone. I have been trying to get to my locker for over a month and there is always an excuse. Either the super is busy or it's too late. I decided to get off from my job to get it done so today I came to the office at 3:50 PM and of course, it was too late. I don't understand why the security was taken that responsibility as it worked way better. I insist to make the hours more specified, and publicly accessible and extend them after 4 pm at least once a week. Additionally, one of the staff in the medallion management office for 565 Sherbourne St is completely unprofessional, and rude and hangs up once I call and require an explanation. I already contacted the Landlord and Tenant Board to address this issue and will continue with the legal process to get it resolved.

I have lived at Birchmount towers for years before Medallion took over and I can honestly say it has gotten worse.They have lost unit/apartment keys and won't turn the heat on and they won't turn the power on in my apartment, so I am paying my rent with no power and no heat and its going into November.Not to mention the constant roach problem they refuse to treat, if they do decide to treat your unit they will lie and say it has been treated when it really was not.Also the people working at the office dont care and lie to your face and when you call them on their lie, they will try to back track and lie againI am honesty at my wits end and I give up

Super displeased with the way this company does things , to be more specific 550 Birchmount road is THE worst!!!!! If you like freezing showers or not bathing here’s the place for you! Hot water barely works and once it does it’s scorching hot !Only 1 elevator works(sometimes none)one is ALWAYS “out of order”Laundry machines do a horrible wash and the dryers don’t dry your clothes when you complain to the office they say it’s not their machines but medallion chose to use said brand / company in the building so pick a better service and stop being so cheap! Also they don’t do regular cleaning of the machines.We also have the worst property manager who only helps people of his same background and talks to everyone else dirt and abuses his power of authority regularly! Then you have head office who don’t return your phone calls!!!

Just consider this one star as a negative star. I don't even know where to start from. The management at the Birchmount location is the WORST. We have been getting harassed by them for almost 2 weeks now to get an issue fixed at our unit but no body really taking it seriously. The people who are working on the Emergency line after hours are good for nothing as when you ask them any question all they say is we only here to pass your message and not working for Medallion. Then it should not even called Medallion" Emergency line. When you can them for an issue

Worst people. Worst rental corporation.Update: Do not go over their nice reply to my comment. We have reached out to the management office over and over again for various issues and they are always very rude and unhelpful.
