We recently moved into our new house and thought that the humidity would be fine in the winter time. Sadly we we're wrong as it has been really dry.I asked around and family members recommended I reach out to Pacific Home Comfort. Baldwin was able to accommodate my request quickly. He was very prompt with his communication as well as arriving on time. He set proper expectations on install time (which he met) and also took time afterwards to run me through the operations of the unit.I will surely keep his contact information handy for any future jobs!

Baldwin and his team just finished a HVAC install at my parent's house. I called them on a Monday, came out Tuesday to inspect and out on Friday to perform a removal and new install. This was much appreciated as both my parents are over 90. They were prompt, courteous, meticulous and tidy. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend Baldwin, Delmyra and their team at Pacific Home Comfort Experts. I fully trust all my HVAC maintenance and issues to them. I first met them over a year ago when I hired them to install a combi boiler for our townhome after seeking quotes from over 20 companies in my area. When I called around, I found out that Baldwin is one of the go to guys in the industry for things other HVAC professionals needs help solving.They've inspected and maintained my AC system, and they repaired my air handler just today (AirMax 50). Got our heat back up and running and avoided a costly replacement.They are responsive, they answered all my questions, they've never sent a salesperson to waste my time. They are honest, and there is no pressure or sales tactics.Baldwin and his team takes particular care of my home everytime they visit. I cannot recommend Pacific and Baldwin enough! I had been having issues with my AC for a while, when Baldwin and Kayla (I hope I got the name right) showed up, they were very professional and experienced, and took their time to explain everything to me in detail and stayed to monitor the system until the issue was fully resolved. Highly recommended and will definitely call them again.

I meant to post this review much earlier but never got around to it. Baldwin and his team came to install a ductless AC unit in our townhouse back in August 2020. We contacted a few companies and Pacific Home Comfort came in the middle, but Baldwin's clear communication, responsiveness, and friendliness gave us confidence that we would be taken care of in a reasonable time frame, on budget, and with a service/unit that matches our needs. The entire crew was friendly despite working in an exceedingly hot attic, cleaned up the space well, and the workmanship was excellent too. Highly recommended!

May 2022. Excellent service, products and price. They quote products for the size of your house. I had a quote from Costco/Massey and they quote units that were too big for my house - higher cost and higher energy bills. I confirmed online with other sites the unit sizes Pacific recommended were correct and not too small. Costco tries to entice with Costco gift cards, but the prices are so high, the cards are priced into the quote, so you really aren't getting anything. From quote to install, Pacific was great to deal with. They offered good prices up front, not inflating prices and pretend to give you a deal like Costco. No pressure from Pacific vs high pressure from Costco/Massey - almost like timeshare sales. Massey tries to get you to sign immediately to lock in the inventory before it is gone and you have 10 days to cancel. I said no and manager on phone was angry. Exact same tactics as high pressure time share....bring in a manager to offer a deal you can't refuse...try to guilt you into signing. Part of the high price at Costco/Massey is the 10yrs warranty - similar to other 3rd party service contracts. You are paying for this up front vs monthly with others, so you can't change providers if you are not happy. I had a service contract with Enercare for a furnace that was old - spent about $4k over 10yrs and received $900 of parts/service. Basically $900 over 20 yrs for an old Yorx 1999 furnace- zero issues in 1st 10 yrs. Chances of having a claim in the 1st 10yrs is extremely low. If anyone asks for a referral, I will tell them to only go to Pacific and not waste time with anyone else. I bought a furnace, AC, humidifier and tankless water heater. Everything was installed in a day. Furnace/AC were made by Armstrong - a Lennox company.

Baldwin did entire HAVC system for us. Him and his team were well organized very professional and great to work with. Their pricing was competitive and they are very responsive even after the job is done and they have been paid. Would recommend them.
