Very poor customer service. Don’t bother making an appointment since they don’t honour it. Brought my vehicle in at 8 am and they said it would be done at 12 pm. At 3:30 I went there to check on my vehicle and they have not even started working on it “because so many walk-in came in”. I guess walk in are more important than the people who make appointments. I should be billing them for wasting my time, the inconvenience, and to the university I attend since I had to miss a class.

I had a completely different experience. I smashed my windshield by accident and they booked me in the next day and did a great job replacing with an OEM windshied at a very fair price. I found the woman behind the counter and her daughter to be quite cordial while I waited.
