This was my second time coming back to this location and let me tell you their customer service is top notch. The process from viewing the car, to finalizing the deal was so seamless. The second-hand car we picked up in the store was very good, the fuel tank was full, the car was clean, and the license plate was installed, avoid a lot of trouble. The salesperson is Jack, give him a good comment!Thank you Jack!

Absolutely the best buying experience I've ever had at a dealership (new or used). Arif and Robin were amazing to deal with from initial point of contact all the way through to picking up the car. As an out of town buyer they were great about having all the documents prepared in advance and everything negotiated prior to making the trip. There were zero surprises and they answered every question promptly and completely. Neal gave us a walkthrough of the car/features and we had the opportunity to ask as few or as many questions as we wanted with no pressure to rush us out. The car was also absolutely immaculate.I cannot reccomend them strongly enough. Thanks team!

Bought a per owned car from them, second day of ownership car's power shuts off while I was driving on the highway. Be cautious when buy car from them not sure they properly inspect it as this could have damaged the car or even hurt someone. The battery was a cheap aftermarket battery, they offered to get the battery but not actually install it ended up going back and forth many times till I decided to just fix it myself. Would not expect this from the Mercedes brand. There were a few other little things not disclosed when buy the car as in sunroof wasn't working front cameras had a malfunction and rear entertainment system didn't have a remote.

I purchased a pre-owned car here and was really pleased with the service. Nico answered all my questions and everything was ready on time. They even did some extra touch-ups which I did not expect. I recently had my mechanic go over the car and he was impressed with the excellent shape it was in. I have bought certified before and this was not the case. It was nice to find a place I could trust.
