As a follow up to the review from Danielle C, we did email Johnson explaining to the review area" what had happened

Horrible! Not one person called or emailed me back after two attempts at communication. The Orillia office is horrible. I won’t be dealing with this branch again.

Wow! Find another company. Perfect driving record, alumni discount, drivers training and my renewal price went from $92.00 per month to $145.00. Increase of over $600.00/year for doing nothing wrong. Never a claim or a missed payment or a ticket. Save your money.

Horrible company do not use them.my rate went from 95 dollar to 170 a month.i have no accident no ticket and i live in a small town. I knew it was too good to be true.All the hate i red about them was true. Now i have experienced they are no good.

Don't ever deal with this company. I signed up house + two car insurance and they charged me $70 over what I was quoted then refused to give me a refund. Then I cancelled with them and they said it would take a couple of days for my payment made to be refunded, and now apparently I have to wait till the end of the month. If there was an option to give no stars, that's what they would be. Terrible service, terrible communication. Basically if you want to over pay and question everything you're told, go with Johnson Insurance.
