Jun is doing a great job with representing NSD Disposal. He listened to all our problems with our previous waste management company and has made sure that our needs are met in a timely manner. It has been great working with Jun.

We've been with NSD for several years now, and I can't stress enough how much I appreciate their straight forward approach to business. As a 20 year decision maker for our business, the garbage collection contracts had become a seriously hated part of my job. If I didn't pay attention, the costs seemed to spiral out of control, but negotiating new contracts felt far worse than sales pitch of buying a new car.I would recommend Kent Hamrin's service and care. In an industry that seems overrun with aggressively auto-renewing contracts, he was straightforward and honest in all of my dealings with him over the years. The garbage and recycling pick up works as smoothly as expected, but I'll keep on renewing my contract with NSD for the excellent people.

Jun who is the Territory Manager is an effective Sales Manager. During our recent change of companies Jun was prompt with responses, went beyond expectations when I asked for any clarification during this process. If we had concerns afterwards he was right there to direct us to the respective person in the company to have the concern rectified immediately. Always pleasant and knowledgeable.
