I’m extremely pleased with the service and warranty provided by the Ayr Clock Doc (Bob McDonald. He cleaned the clock (Peganaut) and repaired the faulty key. After a few months the key started slipping again. He took it back and fixed the problem with no additional charge for parts or labour. Would recommend Clock Doc to their family heirlooms.

I recently purchased a Pequegnat “Ontario” mantel clock at auction. Although it was listed as “working”, it had some issues. Ayr Clock Doc was quick to diagnose some previous and “less than professional” alterations and was able to restore this pre-WWI clock to great working order. Bob charged a fair price for his time and expertise. I look forward to having him perform some maintenance on our Pequegnat “Leader” case clock. I highly recommend Ayr Clock Doc.

I just had my parents clock which I recently inherited cleaned and fixed by the clock doc. It's been restored pretty much to it's original beauty and I'm very happy to now have this lovely piece in my living room to enjoy. Pricing was reasonable and job well done, thank you.
