A new resident of Winnipeg, I felt immediately welcomed when I called to schedule my safety and tire change. Service was kind and professional, information regarding my repairs was communicated clearly. My car drove great after the repairs. Each individual was genuine and professional. I have found my new mechanic and would absolutely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone I meet in need of a new mechanic.

Took my car in to get wheel bearing fixed, turned into $2000 worth of repairs they did not explain to me. They were confusing and spoke down to me. People come off as nice but just not a very homey or trustworthy place. I will not be a returning customer.

I was passing through with my husband and my car was shaking, they saw us early in the morning and gave us a car for the time being while we wait. They were honest and kind and would definitely recommend people go there.

I chose this shop after reading about them on their website. I liked what I read. So I decided to give them a try and trust them. I came to them for a second opinion and they were very helpful.They told me what was wrong with my engine and what options I had going forward if I wanted to do something about it.They didn’t lie to me or force me to do work to my car.Very respectful and seems honest.I will be back in the future thank you again today for the wonderful service Julia & Mike I believe are their names very nice people to deal with.*** Please note I came to this shop because I felt I was being ripped off by the shop I usually use.This shop was honest and helpful to me please give them a try :)

I had the pleasure of stumbling across Keystone auto repairs while in Winnipeg. They had great reviews so I figured we would give it a shot. The staff provided the absolute best customer service I have ever had. We were in Winnipeg for a short time and our children had a long list of activities they wanted to do while there. Keystone saved our vacation by getting the repairs done as soon as possible and Went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend their work and service.

I called in not knowing what to expect other then being given a recommendation from a friend ( mechanic) of mine.I called in and was impressed with the knowledge Mike had about my specific vehicle.Mike looked after me and went above and beyond. This is now the shop I go to.Midtown ford and ford Lincoln both dropped the ball, but this is now common knowledge.
