The fries in the poutine weren't cooked correctly. They still had the raw crunch to them which tasted kinda bitter.Waste of a meal and money.

The owner is hard working and conscientious of customer service. The food is as good as it can get and is one of the more popular stops for students, staff and faculty alike here in Lennoxville. As a university town, it probably keeps the students alive.

Having a hot dog brings back childhood memories and having tried hundreds of different varieties and their locations has given me the reason to leave this review. The hospitality by this incredible Mandarin family would be the main reason to frequent this location/franchise. I found that the hotdog itself was a little too rubbery other than that smiles all around.#Lester’s

Fantastic food. One of the best poutine's I've ever eaten. The staff here is very nice, but during the evening this restaurant is mostly run by only one guy, so sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait before you get your food. Definitely worth any wait for me. The hamburgers are a big small, but they taste very good, and the poutine is a great size

After ordering and watching the two employees prepare the meals for customers ahead of me, I didn't want to eat there anymore. The employees were handling the cash register, raw meat, food containers touched by customers, their glasses, and other foods in the kitchen, all without washing their hands in between (unless wiping hands on their t-shirt counts as hand washing...) But at least when I asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund, they refunded me without making me feel bad. They were VERY respectful. But then they refunded me too much, so when I realized, I told them, and I refunded the excess refund. My suggestion would be a proper food handling course for all employees, and basic hygiene training.

Awful experience on the 25th of June. Club with crushed tomatoes, no coleslaw salad, club not cut, fries overcooked, employees playing on their own devices...

They seem to have a new owner. fruit is available in the breakfast set, and service and hygiene have improved.

They ask for our covid passport before we are able to order. We are to take off our masks once we are at our tables. Fast service.... delicious hot dogs and poutine. Friendly service.

Okay, I've only had their poutine and fries and onion rings but here's my opinion. The beef tastes uncooked or more bloody like in the poutine, and sausages taste disgusting in my opinion. I don't like sausages in general unless it's the all beef ones from Costco lol. But hey, I know a lot of people who'd say the opposite. It's edible, but not my go too ahah. But hey, the fries and onion rings are so flipping mouth watering. They are so flipping good!!!!!! I'd say the employees are generally nice but occasionally a little impatient and rude, but you know what, that's fine. I understand them fully. Other than that, their cheese curds aren't the best but they're fine. Not always squeaky but what I like is that the cheese isn't cold. That's a big plus lol. Anyway, depending on your taste buds, this place is nice.

As my boyfriend and I got in valentine an old couple told the workers that they would come back in an hour because the food service was too slow, the woman in front of us left also because of the slow service. We ordered two hot dogs, fries, cheese burger and two beverages. There was only one client in front of us and two in the back of us. There were two workers, one that was wearing sunglasses looking very unprofessional and the other one not able to talk French, so he couldn’t serve the clients who only talked French. Our food took over 20 minutes to get ready with only 4 clients inside the store (including us). The worker gave me my cheese burger with nothing in it, as nobody asked me what I wanted in it. Also our order got mixed up because the worker at the cash register put the small paper with our order on it the corner so he forgot about it. (We weren’t the only ones having a bad experience in the store). After we could see one of the workers on his phone and leaning against the counter. Even if the worker told us he was sorry about the service they gave us, we are still upset about the service we received and will not return to that valentine.
