if i can give a zero star i would. i lost my MOTHER because of them. worst clinic evermy mom had chest pain and went to the hospital. they said everything is normal but will book her an appointment with the cardiologist Dr. Tarhuni.they sent an urgent referral to Dr. Tarhuni’s office requesting (stress test and consultation) and booked her on friday.Dr. Tarhuni’s office called on Friday and rebooked the appointment till Monday and didn’t say why.on monday my mom went to the clinic and they did an ECHOCARDIOGRAM and didn’t see the doctor. i even asked the technician if she is gonna see the doctor she said “no, everything is good”.the next day, MY MOM DIED because of a heart attackthe doctor in the ER said that she had the heart for the past 3 daysthey were not professional at all, not him nor his staff.i blame Tarhuni and everyone in this clinic for what happened to my mother. I will never forgive them.

I was berated about my weight, asked if I know how much I eat, advised to seek weight loss surgery (a procedure that wreaks havoc on bodies), told that they love big people at Windsor Cardiac Centre because we are so “jolly” and only then, Dr. Tarhuni looked at his computer to see that all my heart testing came back clear. Traumatic experience. I now see Dr. Singh at the Windsor Heart Institute and he is kind, professional, and caring.

This cardio clinic is a joke. After my yearly check did not hear from them for 3 weeks. Tree weeks after I was admitted to a emergency in MET hospital in Windsor release the following day and the doctor send me to a emergency clinic where they did true examination. After the examination the hospital send me to the Same clinic to pick up a heart monitor.The employee show me how to connect the monitor and gave me a complete package and in the package was 1-800 number that says 24 hour patient helpline. The following day I call the help line 2times the answering machine went on and left a message.NO ONE contact me for 4 days. Anyway I did figured out but the hospital probably Lost important data. 5 weeks letter even I did make a proper appointment the front desk call me and told me the doctor" that I suppose to see on my schedule appointment can only talk to me on the phone they didn't know even medication I m taking and that was very strange to after all I did mention about the 1-800 number and 5 minutes after a person call me to interrogate me for my calls I made to the 1-800 number support

The actual cardiologist was excellent and informed me clearly with regard to my condition. The two stars are for him.The rest of the experience was, well, surreal. The whole procedure on Monday took three hours, even though I only had part of the test done. You see, this was my second time in three weeks and the first part, the echogram, had already been done. This was a three week process which took five hours in total. Stay tuned for more information....I am starting this at one in the morning. There is so much more to say.

these people purposely gave me and allergic reaction after i contacted manufacturers to get them product numbers i would not be allergic to. due to their neglect my blood pressure spiked 40 points over the next 20 hours and then they falsified documents to cover up their neglect. if you value your life do not go here.

Everyone is so caring and compassionate. Some people are never happy, I've always had the very best of care. Ignore the complainers of the centre. Dr. Lubanski is wonderful.

This clinc is a joke, worst Doctor" worst staff

Too bad I had to give one star. In London I recently received a triple bypass operation. I chose Dr. Lubanski to be my cardiologist at the Windsor Heart Clinic. Never met the man but was told on the phone, our one and only conversation, that I was to contact him if I had any concerns. I made ONE ONLY phone call to find out if it is safe to have my steroid epidural in two weeks. I was told by one of his staff “it doesn’t work for me to call them.” I was told to have the Doctor in London send them a note. Dr. Lubanski should not be telling patients to contact him and have his staff telling patients that it doesn’t work to call. The doctor in London doing the injection did not mind me calling and immediately stated it would not be safe until March to have the procedure done. Lubanski gave no direction and the London doctor who is not a cardiologist settled my concern. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND the Windsor Heart Clinic. I also would like to add that I was told be Dr. Lubanski that he was referring me to a blood specialist. I waited one month and heard nothing. I called the specialist and no surprise they never heard of me. Once again I regret having to give the Windsor Cardiac Centre the one star to be able to write this review.

I was having some heart issues and from the time I started going to the Cardiac Center they have been consistant and very thorough. I was sent for appointments and test to get to the root of my issue. The Doctor sat with me and he answered all my questions. I have nothing bad to say at all. During Covid they were taking very safe precautions with short waiting times. They called me every few weeks for phone consults. I highly recommend going there if you or your loved one has a heart issue that neeeds to be addressed. They will find out what is happenening and continue monitor you closely. If you are having any heart issues do not delay.

Guillermo was wonderful, kind, and very informative, letting me know exactly what he was doing, and what the different pictures meant in my echocardiogram. What a gem! Highly recommend.
