Do not have your vehicle towed here after an accidentExtremely rude staff, condescending and offer no solutions.Staff play stupid when they don't want to help you and direct you to other staff who do the same thing.They take advantage of vulnerable after accidents and make it difficult for your insurance company to reclaim vehicle without a cease and desist.

If I can give negative stars I would. Horrible experience, tow truck driver who also works with green star tries to make decisions for you about YOUR OWN VEHICLE. If they can convince you to write off your car they would. Absolutely takes advantage of you. Tells you one thing then does another. Tries to talk to you like your car is worthless & no one would buy it if you fixed the body damage. Ridiculous.

I recently took my car in for repairs after I got rear ended. The team did such a beautiful job with the repairs. My car looks brand new again. Customer service is above and beyond. Highly recommend everyone goes here. I promise, you will not be disappointed. The staff is super friendly and professional. Thanks again to Frank and Carlo.

After long waiting time ( because my car was so new and the parts wasn’t available) I’m so happy with the results.after 2 weeks I find that something was missing and their offer to check as soon I can bring it back .1A

My friend wanted to get an estimate for damage on her car. She called Green star to book an appointment to get an estimate. When we went in we were greeted by friendly staff and the gentleman who gave us the estimate was very knowledgeable. The work done was great! Definitely recommend Green Star!

Frank and team did everything in their power to make sure I was happy with the end result of my vehicle and always treated me over the phone and in person with a high standards of respect and professionalism and I appreciate that.They personally drove me back to my house at their convenience which was very much appreciated which saved me a lot of time and fare money.I highly recommend this shop, customer service is 10/10

Junk shop .do not use . Go to concord collision or European auto body if you care about your car. The work was sub par ,they are scum bags . They Lost a part after I told them and they put it on file ,and still didn’t replace it . They just tell you what you want to hear without keeping their word . My car came out with more scratches than it had going in. I would give them zero stars. Read the one star reviews don’t go by their bought reviews.
