Interior Savings Insurance on Lansdowne has always provided me with top notch service over the years.Most recently when I needed support with a complicated ICBC transaction representative Andreas S. went over and above with helping me navigate the process. One month later with no response from ICBC he once again went out of his way to inquire into my request.Thank you for your professionalism!

I'm just gonna say that the same agent who's insured our house for decades still asks what kind of plumbing I have .... again ... while yanking my chain about underwriters backing out yet not bothering to call new ones until 3 days before my policy runs out?!? Yup, I'm DONE!!!Go elsewhere, find someone who's not going to ask YOU to call around looking for underwriters....pretty sure that's what THEY get paid to do. And yes, I was literally asked to DO HER JOB!!!Sorry, the reply is also pathetically weak. After 20+ years of their doing our policy I fail to see how suddenly things changed like getting my email address right for starters, maybe keeping records of the information I shared repetitively instead of yanking my chain. My policy expired last Monday. Please have them explain why they couldn't do THEIR JOB???

Recently purchased business insurance from Kari and home insurance from Tracy. After contacting another insurance agency in town regarding my home insurance and not reciving a call back, I decided to purchase my home insurance from interior savings as well. I can say both Kari and Tracy were knowledgeable and very professional in the services they offered. Tracy did a great job getting our home insurance together quickly so the lawyers could proceed with the paperwork, it was greatly appreciated! The staff at Interior Savings Credit Union is friendly and efficient. It's usually a quick in and out although it does dpend on what I need as I've had rental, travel, automobile and motorcycle insurance and the same great service for each type.
