Was in their warehouse for work one day. I've never seen such care for machines and for the 5S safety system. Great work Volvo

This is the worst company to work at in whole canada. They don’t want to hire people directly and though just hire people from agency and fire you whenever they want without even having proper communication or warning with you. They hire people from agency for 1 or 2 months and then fire them.

Great team work. Management very supportive. They want you to succeed so they provide you with all the necessary tools you need. everyone is properly trained so there is always a strong team to work with. 5s is one of the unforgettable thing i learnt from Volvo. with the kind of the level Volvo has attained, they always want your idea as to what they can do to achieve more. Team members are like brothers. I really missed some guys. When you chance to have an opportunity there, take it with good faith.

New employees have to aim for high targets but are disposable as seen fit. This was after full training on cherry pickers and loading; avoid this place.
